Prologue

I love hurting girls and I don't necessarily mean physically, I mean sure that's always fun but what's better is hurting someone emotionally. Have you ever had someone fall so hard for you that when you crush their spirit you know you're crushing their soul to, have you ever watched the color drain from someone's face as you tell them you hate them; that is was all just a lie. Girls are nothing but pests, an insect you just can't help but squash. Love is just an empty four-letter word, I don't know who put a meaning to the word love but it means nothing it's just a word that's full of empty promises. Everything about love is empty, the way people use it to express their silly little feelings, the way people think that saying "I love you" will somehow fix all their problems, it makes someone feel wanted. It makes someone feel important, but really they're not, it's an emotionless word that means nothing to me. The way I treat girls is the reason why I'm here right now, it's the reason as to why I"m facing life in prison, my name is Hayden Evan Matthews and I have been charged with the murder of Lillian Alicia Winthrop. Lillian was a beautiful girl, so full of life, loved by many but looks are also deceiving, she was devious, cunning and smart, Lillian was one of those girls that looked pretty on the inside but underneath all that expensive jewelry, perfume, and fake nails she was nothing more than an empty shell.
