How she ended up in New Orleans after the fire, she had no idea. All Lya Hale know is that once she escaped the flames, she ran. She didn't care about her father, aunt, cousins, or anyone in the pack. All she cared about was getting away before the hunters found her. So she ran faster than any wolf before had ever before.
When she finally stopped running, she was on street corner not far from a mansion. Running a hand through her hair, she tried to calm herself before she lost control. It didn't work because soon a woman had to ask if she was okay.
Lya moved so fast, she didn't even notice she had till she sunk her fangs into the woman's neck and drained her of her blood. She noticed that her fangs weren't the same as the ones she'd when she shifted but that's not what scared her. What scared her was her eyes changing from a yellowish gold to an ice cold blue.
"Now, now, little one" a woman spoke from behind her. Lya spun around to see a blonde with blue eyes watching her. The woman wasn't human, Lya could tell from her scent. "We wouldn't want you to go around killing people now would we?"
"Who are you?" Lya asked wiping the blood from her face.
"I'm Rebekah" the blonde's British accent rolled off her tongue. "And you are, love"

Not long after Lya meet Rebekah, she meet Elijah, Klaus, and Hayley. Klaus was quick to recognize the girl as werewolf-vampire hybrid and became curious to how it was possible she was born this way. So after that Hope was born and things got crazy. Then after almost three years with the originals, a witch named Odette kidnaped Hope.
Odette need a hybrid child to complete a spell and Hope was the only one she knew about. When the Mikaelson learned of this they instantly traded Lya for Hope. Luckily Lya's Hale Family ties got her and Hope out of the situation but Lya was no longer on good terms with the Mikaelsons. So instead of going back to them, she found two hunters named Sam and Dean Winchester to take her in.
"Dean, the Mark of Cain will turn you into more of pyschopath then me on a full moon when I haven't had blood in a well" Lya stated examing the thirty-some year old man's arm.
"I'll be fine, Kiddo" Dean told her.
"Did Cain look fine to you" Lya shouted in frustration "because last I checked the Mark turned him into a fucking a monster."
"Watch your language young lady" Dean said using his 'dad' voice. "You have no reason to worry about, Lya. I'm a grown man. If can take care of thirteen year werewolf-vampire hybrid without shooting myself, I think a can handle the Mark."
"Lee, he right" Sam said trying to reassure his adoptive niece. "He's going to be fine."

Note: So there's the prologue, how'd you like it? What did you think of the Winchesters kind of adopting Lya after everything with the Mikaelsons? Also Hope's going to call Lya, Aunt Sissy because Lya will be sort of both her aunt and sister and it's kinda cute. Rebekah and Lya were extremely close before the Odette thing and Lya is the daughter of Peter Hale and the sister of Damon and Stefan Salvatore, Emily.
