Dear Receiver,
It's a complete mess now.
As per the terms of ideality, our entire species share a common religion, beliefs, which are meant to soothen up the vivid pains, including death. Yet, it's a mess created by the psychopathic personalities who, unfortunately attained authorities of their nations, now urge to wage a war behind the shadows of national benefit and historical grudge. And there are the rebellions who ought to settle eternal peace once they debris the government.
Violence is striving fruitfully in our world.
Since history witnesses the facts, I think wars are cyclic, an essentiality, a requisite which marks the existence of an intellectually conscious species. Still, the posterior wars are devastating, way more than the preceding ones. This time, we are going to witness Deuterium and Pentalium explosives which would ensure a massive destruction.
There's an outburst of population and the scanty food production resources are bound to collapse in the near future. A major portion lives under disguise and thus, it has developed instincts quite active for rebel in their own community.
My intention is pretty tangible. Our species need help in order to stand in the future.
Therefore, as a legal PC (Peace Consultant) of my world, I request you to launch a clandestine invasion, with level-3 intensity and level-2 arms.
It's a completely authoritative decision and we strongly expect a union against an external terminating force.
The entire Nimbs would be grateful to Humans!

Dear Shret,
Now that I give it a thought, a focused one, population or war never was a problem, as we perceived in the 21st century as well. It's different now. It's reasonable, quite subtle, that population is the biggest asset, especially for an intellectual species like humans, or you as well.
If I put forth our current situation, 24 starships were launched to 34-B binary system, 50K workers exchanged shifts with the Andromeda galaxy, millions on board at the space stations or research-cum-observation facilities and the remaining on our dearly planet Earth. Actually, earth has turned out to be a holiday home for humans and holds a limited number.
So far, our objectives are focused at colonizing the near-habitable planets and explore the secrets of the universe. Gladly, humans are out of the doom, striving throughout space and mapping our observable universe.
Basically, there had been a one ultimate aim for any species, i.e., eternal survival, but a socially conscious human brain can't strive over its beam, hence, we have been collaborating with level-6 or above species for a fast-paced progress.
Narrating what I just did was done to reveal the big picture to you.
As far as war is concerned, it's not something which could bring entire devastation. We have witnessed it in histories of diverse species, and can ensure you that war is for peace. Destruction enlightens the value of peace, it's a star dressed like a black hole, and Nimbs have to realize it. Here's a universal observation, the heavier the loss, longer and faster a species progress. Also, humans can't interfere in case of internal issues, that's against our conscientious policies.
It's still a personal mail and I, from the entire human community, welcome you to attain a stress-free and progressing era.
