ok so this is an new one, i got the idea from the song monster by skillet. it was origionally for a writing competition and i am really happy with it. I am going to continue it and hopefully it will become the next hottest thing! :D so here you have it, What it feels like to be a monster.

"NOOOOOOOO!" I screamed as people dragged me by the hair into the experiment room. I flailed as they lifted my struggling body onto the metal slab and started to restrain me from moving. These injections we get are routine, each one hurting more than the last, but lately there have been a lot of us that would come in this room and never leave alive again. The doctors here are monstrous people and they enjoy watching us in pain.

Most people here are in their twenties and not many are younger than 18, hell lets be honest I am the only one under age here.

"LET ME GO!" I shouted

A doctor took the cap off of the needle he had just produced from his pocket; I looked at it nervously pausing for only an instant. That pause was the stupidest thing I ever did as a human. They all jumped on me and held me down as I futilely re-enforced my struggles.

My arm was laid out flat as I tried to remove it from their grasp. The doctor advanced and I tried my last resort... begging.

"Please, please don't do this to me, let me go" I begged him

"Sorry kiddo, I can't im not allowed to and this would be more fun to watch than you trying to get away from here" he then stuck it into my arm.

"See you in hell" I whispered as he pushed the fiery liquid into my veins and then he pulled it out, it spurted a little bit. The injection burned in my veins and I screamed, louder as each wave of it got stronger with every heart beat. I soon stopped screaming only to cough up mouthfuls of blood. I vomited three mouthfuls and then I passed out.

I don't know how long I was out but there was one flat low noise that went on for a while, when I finally could open me eyes I found that it was to a white sheet that had been placed their to cover my face. I silently slipped off the table and landed on the floor of the same room I was in before. Wasting no time at all I stood up and ran for my life, past the evil doctor, past my old cell/room, past the rec room and into the one hallway with the one way out of here, soldiers followed me as I saw red laser targets on the wall in front of me. I turned the corner and a number of bullets were fired missing me by less than inches. I found the exit and ran outside the wind tousled my hair and the sun; this was my first outside glimpse in a while. I ran to the other side of the building and realized it was a massive cliff too late. I fell, screaming. I then realized that death is a better alternative than ever having to go back into that place ever again. My last thoughts were confused but accepting before I hit the ground. At least im free.
