"Just take your defeat Lukas!" Little miss exclaims at me. But I wasn't having it , I will not be humiliated like this.
"NO! You are a cheater! I... y-you kicked my leg right when I was gonna take the last bite and made me choke." Feeling proud of my excuse, she just looks at me smugly.
"Ok ok it's fine you don't want to admit I won the food challenge. That's fine... but at least You know I beat you twice in one day." Narrowing my eyes at her it felt like I walked in a trap. Throwing my head back groaning I put my hands up in surrender.
"I am so going to regret doing these challenges with you aren't I?" Looking at her she smirks and nods her head. Rolling my eyes I grab her wheel chair and go to the big window showing the garden.
"Anyways, beside all of that I'm pretty sure there is a lot more you want to know about I'm guessing." Settling on the couches.
"Um Yes I do um... well when will the storm calm down?" Fiddling with her hands
"Well by the looks of it maybe 2 weeks seeing as it's only the beginning of it..." trailing off checking to make sure she is comprehending.
"I feel like there's a 'but' coming"
"But, by that time ...winter would be starting sooo... yeah" Her face falls and asks how long will that be.
"I would say probably... uh 2 to 3 months." I panic when she starts to cry I just awkwardly pat her back. After a few minutes of that she calms down and fixes herself. Breathes in and out and taps her left leg lightly while counting.
"S-so besides that... what did mean when you said 'pack house'?" Shocked by the question I decide to just spill the beans. Make it easier on all of us if she just knew.
" Well let's see little miss do you believe?"
"Believe in what?"
"The Supernatural"
