struggling to breathe
i opened my eyes
drowning in a sea
too weak to rise.swimming
i dragged myself out
on the sand feeling like silk touching my face,
i lay there with a mind full of doubts.tired i was
but something got me thinking
that i should not stop
and should not let the fear sink in.walking
through the deep jungle
the darkness of the night swallowing the view,
the daubing of my feet making the grass mumble.moonlight
escaping the guard of the tree leaves above
touched the ground as if tracing a path
about which no one would have ever thought.cries
of the the unknown creatures.
the world thinks they are petty
because they are unaware of their deadly feautures.force
of the wind i felt.
shattered me to a thousand fragments,
like i was being dragged to hell.i stood there
confused yet confident
on the cliff of hope,
unaware of the next incidents.i felt the ground collapse
the water howling under me
lightening struck, fiercer than ever,
and in a moment i was falling again,
into the same screaming sea.that was the last thing i remembered.
i felt a strong light
blinding my eyes even when they were shut.
i was in my room, all safe and sound.it was a dream.
i didn not fall.
i woke up just in time.
and even in the worst, i survived.
