There He stood
Before A crowd
Which hurled insults at Him
And wanted Him dead
Like A lamb to the slaughter
He uttered no word
But in Humility
He allowed Himself to be crucified
He was whipped by the Roman Soldiers
Mocked and Laughed at
But In spite of all this,He still Loved us
And Even on the cross He asked that Mercy be shown upon us
He was crucified,he died and was buried
But on the Third day He Arose for Death could not Hold Him Captive
