"Horse-face!"
"Titan-boy!"
"Marco's bitch!"
"Mikasa's bitch!"
"At least she would choose me over you!"
"No she wouldn't, she'd obviously choose me!"
"To be honest, I think Mikasa would choose Eren over you, Jean." You told the boy. He turned to you and gave you a hard glare with his golden eyes. Eren smirked and looked over at Jean with satisfaction. "How did this argument begin anyway?" You asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Well Eren... He said um..." Jean trailed off.
"No! Jean... He um... He did something..." Eren countered weakly.
"It's gotten to the point where they start calling each other names for no reason." Armin whispered beside you. You smiled softly and turned to him. He smiled and turned back to the two boys. "Well, maybe one of you just started calling the other a name, therefore began the War Of Nicknames." Armin said.
"The War Of Nicknames was a tragic time, where Potato-Girls tremble in fear while munching a potato-" You stopped and motioned over to Sasha, who was hoarding the object like it was a precious gem. "-and when stupid boys made bets as to who would win the war." You finished, nodding over to Connie and Reiner who were exchanging a couple coins.
Everyone stared at you with an odd expression, before breaking out into hysterical laughter at your sudden words. Armin pressed a small kiss to your cheek, making both of you blush lightly. You saw Eren give Armin a look as he sat down in front of you. Armin darted his eyes over to the side, avoiding Eren's green orbs. Eren stared at him a bit longer before turning around to talk to Connie.
After a while of conversing, you felt a small tap on your shoulder. You turned around to see Armin smiling softly. You hummed in response, giving him a small grin. He leaned forward, until his mouth was close enough to your ear to feel his breath tickling your skin. "Meet me in the library when you're done." He whispered. You could almost hear him smiling, and you could feel him softly blushing. He leaned away enough before kissing your forehead, then stood up. Before you could question him, he walked out of the mess hall.
Christa, who was sitting on Armin's other side, scooted next to you. "So... What'd he say?"
"What?"
"Was it sweet nothings?" She asked in a dreamy tone.
"Dirty whispers?" Ymir said from Christa's other side.
"Plans for sex?" Sasha said, leaning into you from your left side.
"Where did you- No, no he didn't" You said.
"Then what was it?" Sasha asked.
"He just told me to meet him somewhere..." You said, fiddling with the end of your shirt with a blush crawling up to your cheeks.
"Was that somewhere the bed-"
"Shut up Ymir!" You said defiantly, cheeks flushing scarlet. All three of them started laughing hysterically.
~*Time Skip Brought To You By Marco's Bitch*~
You stopped walking when you stood in front of a pair of giant, wooden double doors. You let out a long exhale through puffed-out cheeks. Calm down. Nothing's wrong. He probably just wants to talk to you. You told yourself. You inhaled deeply before pushing open the right door. "Armin?" You called. No response. You closed the door behind you a turned around. It looked the same. Books stacking giant shelves, covering the entire room with different colors. Soft, green velvet sofas and chairs were littered around the large room. "Armin, are you in here?" You called, walking toward one of the sofas. "Arm-" You squealed in surprise, feeling something press against your back. You felt two arms wrap themselves around you and draw you closer as someone laughed behind you.
"Did I scare you?" Armin asked as he kissed your cheek.
You rolled your eyes and pushed him away. "Don't do that, you know it freaks me out." You said, turning to look at him. He smiled, cheeks tinting pink before growing slightly serious.
"Stay still, okay?" He said.
"Alright." You said, staring at him.
He walked around you until he was behind you. "I got something for you." He said. You felt him wrap something around your neck and clip it together from behind. It was cold, and felt somewhat metallic. Like a string, with something slightly heavier. "Alright, you can look at it now." He said. You moved your hand down to the small object, and looked down. A small silver "A" was strung onto a simple silver chain. It glittered under the light. ( ak1.polyvoreimg.com/cgi/img-th... )
"A... A for Armin?" You asked, turning around to meet his ocean blue eyes.
"Well, yes. But it also means Amazing." He said. He took your hands in between his and stepped close enough so your chests were touching. His cheeks tinted a soft pink. "Amazing as in, how amazing you are. With your talent, and how intelligent you are, and how beautiful you are. Also at how amazing you make me feel." He took a hand away from yours an reached up to touch your face. "If I don't make it, I want you to remember how amazing you are, and how amazing you make me feel every day. The way you smile, the way you laugh, the way you talk. It's all just... Amazing." He said, whispering the last words.
"Armin-"
"Never take that off, please. So you can remember me. And so you can know, not remember, but know how Amazing you are. No matter what anyone says, you are amazing. And I love you." He whispered.
You threw your arms around his neck and pressed yourself flush against him, resting your head into the crook of his neck. He hurriedly wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you closer, if that was even possible. The impact was so strong, that you knocked Armin off his feet, and into the sofa that was behind him. "I love you Armin, I love you so much, you don't even have to give me this necklace, I love you and don't forget it, Armin I-"
"Shhhh..." He murmured, pulling you away from his shoulder only to press your forehead against his. He smiled as heat radiated off his cheeks. "I love you too." He whispered. You smiled and let out a small, breathy laugh. His grin grew wider as he pressed his lips against yours. It was almost relief. He had his hands wrapped around you, touching the small of your back, pushing you closer to him. You had your hands around the nape of his neck, tugging him towards you. Every time you pulled away to take a breath of air, he'd pull you back in to connect his lips with yours, as if this was his last chance to ever touch you.
After you almost couldn't breath anymore, you pulled away. "Armin, Armin, calm down, I need to breathe." You said, laughing slightly as you pressed a gentle hand on his chest to stop him from tugging you back in. He opened his eyes slightly and chuckled, pressing his forehead against yours.
"Sorry." He whispered. "I just thought we were on some different planet, just you and me, where we didn't need any oxygen to breathe or something." He said sarcastically. You smiled and laughed. He kissed the spot between your eyebrows. "I love you." He said.
"I love you too." You said, kissing the tip of his nose.
Because you two were too lazy to get up, you ended up laying on the sofa. Armin had his arm draped around you, as your head was rested on his chest. Armin's other arm was holding up a book. The arm that was around your shoulders was twirling a strand of your hair, as you fiddled with his shirt collar, fighting with it to get it straight. After a while of excessive arguing with his stupid shirt collar, you stopped, and wrapped your arm around his stomach, pulling yourself against him. His cheeks turned red as he kept his arm about you, hugging you close.
Soon, the only thing that could be heard were your soft snores and even breathing as you fell asleep. Upon hearing this, Armin looked down at you as you used his chest as a pillow. He smiled and kissed the top of your head. "My Amazing Girl." He whispered.
