My Little Vampire

You're a what?!

'Bella pov.'
"Fluttershy, seriously. No one's gonna see us up here." Leah snorts as we glide high above the trees.

"A vampire might. Remember, human names." I tell her as I twist my hair between my fingers. Leah rolls her eyes and lands on a cloud.

"How's your assignment coming along?" She asks as she picks a piece of cloud off her shirt.

"Horrible. Those nasty vampires hunt the poor little forest creatures, and I have no one to talk to about it because Twilight and Pinkie can't blow their cover, Rarity still can't establish contact with us, and you and Apple Jack are in La Push." I squeak as I imagine Edward and his horrible family feasting on poor grizzly bears.

"Yeah, maybe the Princesses didn't think when they put you in charge of spying on the Veggie Vamps. But then again you're the only one whose mind they can't read." Leah hums.

"Well we need to find Tirek so I'll play my part. Especially since he has Discord." I say sadly. Leah flinches and gives me an apologetic look.

"Aw I'm sorry Shy, I totally forgot. Poor Discord, being used as a food source." Leah sighs.

"Enough about me, how is your fake family? Are the memories that Princess Luna implanted still holding?" I ask.

"Yeah. I actually feel kind of bad for Seth and Sue. First they lost Harry and pretty soon they're gonna find out their memories of me were fake." She huffs with a thoughtful frown.

"I guess I'm lucky to be living with someone who knows about Equestria." I say. She nods and we look at the sunset. My phone beeps and I stand.

"Oh, I have to get back before the Cullens return from hunting. Can't afford for them to see my wings." I giggle nervously as I flap my wings lightly. When we do things like reveal our wings, influence the weather, or use the Elements of Harmony the disguises the princesses gave us melt away and we appear more like our pony selves. Like right now I've got pink hair and yellowish skin with my cutie mark on my cheeks, pony ears, wings, and a long green dress, but normally I appear like any other human. I let myself fall off the cloud and tuck my wings close to my body. Just as I reach the tree tops I open my wings and glide. The trees almost remind me of Everfree. Well, a less dangerous Everfree. I spot Charlie's house and land in the backyard safe and sound. I let my wings disappear and my human look melts into place. My phone buzzes in my pocket and I fumble with it as I try to pull it out.

"Hello?" I answer as I make my way into the house.

"Bella! I've had a horrible vision. Edward's on his way there, just stay put." Alice shrieks. I wince and pull my phone away from my ear.

"Are you sure? Charlie might get worried if I leave all of a sudden." I mumble nervously.

"Bella we dont have time for this, just be waiting for Edward!" Alice shouts before hanging up.

"When this is over I'm asking Twilight to curse her with ugly clothes." I mumble as I grab a carrot. I uncover Angel's cage and smile at him.

"I'm sorry Angel, I can't take you out to play right now. Charlie will be home soon though, and I brought you a nice juicy carrot." I tell him as I slip the carrot in his cage. He says something I'd rather not repeat before munching on his food angrily. I cover his cage back up and nearly faint when the door crashes open.

"Bella! We have to go." Edward orders as he grabs my wrist.

"Ow Edward that hurts. What's wrong?" I ask as he pulls me to his car.

"Alice has had a vision. Something is coming to Forks, and the Volturi are following it. They'll be here soon." Edward growls as he slams on the gas.

"Something? Something like what?" I gasp. It couldn't be Tirek? And if the Volturi are on their way here, Rarity will be with them as well as...oh my.
