Chapter Sixteen- Found

Sesshomaru's p.o.v.
I growled as the human kept pushing me down. "Let me go." I told her, standing up." I know that you want to save Lily, but you have to rest! You can't protect her when you're wounded." I growled at her and pushed by her." Watch me." I said, before leaving the hut." Kagome's right, Sesshomaru. As much as I hate you and that pet of yours....she's right." Inuyasha says, standing in front of me with his arms crossed." Lily is Kagome's friend- and apparently your pet- and it's important to find a way to save her without hurting or killing her." Inuyasha says. I snarled." So you want me to sit around here, working with you?!" He growls." Kagome! Explain to him. He's pissing me off." Kagome stood in front of me." I've known Lily my whole life. I took her in after her family died. She's like a sister to me. I know it's hard, knowing that this is happening to her, but I'm order to help her, we need to think of a plan. Besides, if we work together, we can cover more ground." I stared into her eyes and sighed after a while." Fine." I walked back and into the woods.

I sat against the Bone Eaters Well, hoping that Lily's body would come here." Lord Sesshomaru?" I turned my head to see Rin walking toward me with her head down and a sad look in her face. She sat next to me." What is it Rin?" I asked. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes." Is Lily gone?" My eyes softened seeing her like this." No. Not yet." I said. She leaned against my fur and silently cried. I wrapped the fur around her. She sat there, crying into my fur, making her fall asleep.' Lily.....keep fighting....' I thought. For some reason, I've gotten soft. This human girl has gotten me soft. Father would be proud but I'm not. I care for her but I know that she's human. She'll die easily. She'll die of old age. Memories of her kept popping up.

"You're handsome."

"M-my name is L-Lily Stone!"

"I-I was w-worried about y-you."

"When I get older, we're gonna get married, right?"

"Sesshomaru?"

"SESSHOMARU!"

"I'm scared to rest...."

"D-don't scare me like that!"

"Lord Sesshomaru!" I snapped back to reality and looked down at Rin, who was in my lap, gripping to my kimono." What is it, Rin?" I asked." I saw something run by! It could be Lily!" She said, pointing to a random direction. I stood up." Go back and get the others." She nodded and ran toward the village. I followed the way Rin said Lily went. It didn't seem to have a scent but I then saw something dark run in front of me not that far. Then it hit me.' Lily!'

Lily's p.o.v.
"Sesshomaru found my body!" I said, happily. Tōga smiles." It's time, my child." He says, putting a hand on my shoulder. I smiled and nodded." Human." I turned around and saw Akula standing there. I stared at her before gasping at her actions. She held her hand out to me." I'll see you in your mind. When you're in your body, that is. Maybe I'll tell you a few stories." She gave me a gentle smile. I smiled back and nodded, taking her hand." We're proud of you honey." My parents said, hugging me. I hugged back before my brother run into me. I chuckled." Buh-Bye Ane! I'll miss you!" He says. I ruffled his hair and he giggled." Thank you, everyone." I smiled at the group in front of me." Fight on!" They said." Fight for Sesshomaru!" Tōga and Akula said. I nodded with a determined smile. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, concentrating. I opened my eyes and found myself in my mind. It was dark and I couldn't see anything." Hello?" I called out.
Nothing.
Of course no one was gonna answer but it was still worth a shot to get me noticed so I can fight for my body. I heard a soft deep growl. I slowly turned around and saw two red eyes. I imagined a flashlight and it appeared. That means I have some control! I turned it on and gasped. It was the monster form I took. My body, that is. It leaped at me and I screamed.
