It had been two weeks so far, and Akemi and Misaki were flourishing with they're grades. It was also friday and both of them were longing for a break.

"We should celebrate!" Akemi yelled proudly causing people to stare at her. But frankly, she didn't care.

"We should, but we have to show these report cards to Usami. He's been keeping a close eye on our grades, remeber?" Misaki replied with disappointment in his voice. He wanted to have a break as well.

"Awwww maaan! I wanted to go to that bakery today." Akemi whined. "What's the name of it again?" Akemi pondered aloud.

"Takaki Bakery?" Misaki replied back.

"Yeah, that's the name of it!" Akemi loudly cheered.

"That's in Hiroshima." Misaki replied back eyeing Akemi with a confused look.

"So? We might as well since were a few feet away from the substation. " Akemi replied back.

"But that's almost an hour ride. You wanna go that long just for some cake?" Misaki asked curiously.

"It's more than just the cake, Misaki! It's the fact that it's friday, and for two weeks straight we haven't had a decent break. And I have been dying just to relax with a cake the size of the MOON in my lap!" Akemi exasperated. She wasn't entirely loud, but passerbys were noticing her frustration.

"Okay, okay Akemi just calm down, I'll call Takahiro and ask him if I can go. But in the meantime, we should go to Usami and at least show him these report cards, and after that we can leave and go to that bakery." Misaki said while pulling out his cellphone to call Takahiro.

"Really?! Yes!" Akemi said jumping up and down while holding onto Misaki's sleeve. She noticed this and quickly unlatched herself while blushing. "Hehe, sorry 'bout that." Akemi said apologizing sheepishly. "It fine. It's good to see that you have a good appetite." Misaki replied back while smiling charmingly. Which of course, made Akemi's heart throb even harder.

"You should call your parents to, Akemi-chan before we leave." Misaki told her. Akemi nodded and pulled out her cell and quickly dialed her home number. Akemi's patience was wearing thin when it took a while for someone to answer the phone. She sighed in relief when her mom picked up. Misaki waited patiently near the bench for Akemi to finish her phone call. Two minutes later Misaki saw that Akemi had finished a leisurley walked over to her.

"So what'd they say?" Misaki asked looking down at her. Akemi sighed.

"My mom said no. What did Takahiro say?" Akemi replied pitifully.

"He said no also, but I promise we'll go when we get the chance." Misaki replied with hope and promise in his voice. When he promised something, he always kept it. And Akemi knew that, so she smiled wholeheartedly at him.

"Fair enough." Akemi said. It wasn't long before the sub came, and Misaki and Akemi step inside to find yet again a busy crowd inside.

After getting off the sub and bus, Misaki thought it was a good idea to get some goodies at seven-eleven and Akemi graciously accepted the offer. After they left seven-eleven, Akemi started snacking on the sweets while on her to Usami's. 'It's amazing how this girl doesn't gain weight,' Misaki thought to himself. And after walking a good block back to his condo, the one bag of goodies was practically gone.

"You know, you eat a lot for a one-hundred pound girl." Misaki said while stepping into the elevator.

"Shut up." Akemi said playfully while also stepping onto the elevator. The ride to the top level was quiet. It was that long before they reached the door and Misaki unlocked it. Akemi took off her shoes and placed them near the door as did Misaki.
