Chapter Five

"Damn! Damn, damn, damn!" Jared Stiltskin stared at the two girls in front of him. They were both passed out from the travel, both lying on the floor of his father's grand hall. The Stiltskin manor was not a place outsiders were supposed to see, Jared himself hadn't even known the location until his father's death. If the Prince were to find out ut, and if his fairy were to do a location spell everything would be lost. The Stiltskin manor held some of the most dire Fairytale secrets. "Master Stiltskin, I see we have guest. Am I to help them or are they unwelcome?" Jared glanced over at Yaga. The man appeared human overall, but his eyes were too large, they had no pupils, and from what his friend Serge had once said they appeared to be a different color to everyone. "Help them into the sitting room, and make sure you do so carefully." Jared added when Yaga started forward briskly. Muttering to himself Jared disappeared into one of the many passages that would lead to the Seer.

Red woke when strong arms lifted her. She let out a startled growl and the person holding her chuckled "You are Wolf's daughter, yes? I am Yaga, son of the witch. I hear of you from the shadows. I wait to serve you, as debt to Wolf" Yaga informed her before setting her down gently on a couch. Glancing past Yaga, she noticed Alice curled into another couch, one much closer to the overly large fireplace. "Yaga, where is the man who brought us here?" Red asked quietly. Yaga studied her for a while, he'd heard great things from the shadows about Ruby Ridinghood. He knew that despite the fact that her family came from a long line of Witches and Werewolves, she was the first and only female wolf to be born, effectively rewriting her story. Just as Yaga had rewritten his story with help from Wolf, Red's father. "Jared has gone to the Seer. I'm sure he's making sure no one is tracking you, or your friend. As well as find out who sent you the notes telling you where he would portal from." Yaga finally answered. There was a series of loud bangs and Red was surprised to see a slight smile on Yaga's face. "What was that?" she questioned suspiciously. "That would be the sound of Jared discovering who sent you the notes." Yaga looked towards the entrance to the room, he felt surprisingly giddy knowing that Jared Stiltskin no longer had a hold on him, he was now completly under the control of Red, and from his years of watching over her he knew his work would be little. Yaga was finally one step closer to freedom. "Yaga! You devious nick!" Jared said as he stepped into the room. His gaze clashed with Red's and he hesitated, unsure if she would react kindly to him. Red studied Jared closely, "It was you, your the one who was following me around all last month." she stated. Jared nodded then turned his attention to Yaga "You had strict orders to stay in the mansion!" he was close to just throwing the warlock in the dungeons and forgetting about him. "I no longer serve you, my deal with your father and the Wolf was that i served each of their children when the need arises in exchange for help with my mother. I served you when your father passed and made sure you could survive on your own, now my job is to serve Mistress Red until she no longer needs me." Yaga stated proudly. Red studied the young man before her in surprise, he had made deals with their fathers, but he didn't look a day over 21, he looked like a amazingly hot actor from the human world, and his eyes were wide and completely black. Red could tell from the look on Jared's face that this situation made him extremely uncomfortable, the guy definitely was not a people person.
