In this story delsin is a hero
Fetch was running backwards beside delsin on the track and said "really Delsin you think our can beat me. I'm the fastest girl alive. She turned around and started running forwards but then a blue light ran to the track and whoever it was it was faster then both of them.
Fetch and delsin stopped running and saw this magnificent speedster. It ran away but left behind a spray painted board saying I'm the fastest man alive.
And that made fetch jealous
