Without Him she didn't know her name,

Or what His love does,
Farther and farther she drifted away,
But He chose to stay,

He looked forward for the day,
That she would return okay,
She didn't feel happy at all,
She missed His call,
She knew He was there to care,
Even when life was unfair,
But right now she had to leave,
She felt she got nothing to give,
Couldn't believe that this love was free,
But she failed to see,
There was a price paid,
A judgment was made,
Blood was shed,
He bled,
He bled for her tears,
He bled for her lost years,
He bled for her sadness,
She thought this was madness,
She tried to ignore the sacrifice,
She ignored the paid price,
But every time she turned her back,
In her heart, she felt it crack,
A painful feeling of separation,
An unusual sensation,
An unexplainable confusion,
A longing for communication,
She wonders if she could return,
Or if his love she could earn,
Realizing, it didn't matter anymore,
She closed the door,

She remembered what His love does,
