Quinn Turner sighed, her parents were fighting again. It was 3 in the morning and Quinn couldn't sleep, all of the screaming was keeping her awake. Sitting at the top of the stairs she listened to their argument. They always fought about the silliest things, topics that were so ridiculous it made her want to pull her hair out.
Her parents still loved each other.. They had to, Quinn was sure of it. She already knew they were planning to get a divorce, they didn't need to tell her. She's just witnessed and overheard enough arguments to know whats going on. Sometimes, her mothers replies would even include how she can't wait to be rid of her father.
A tear rolled down her cheek, she was tired of this happening almost every night. Quinn idolized her parents and the love they used to share. It gave her hope -- hope that one day she would find that with someone. Maybe that was Levi, her boyfriend, or maybe it wasn't. Who knows what life holds for them in the future, they've already been together for over a year.
But why would her parents give up on each other so easily?
There had to be something she could do to change their mind.
Something.
Anything.

"Die you bastard! Die!" Jasper Miller yelled at the tv screen as he continued to press buttons on his xbox controller. He was also still awake, yet again he never slept and to be honest.. He didn't care. This was the only way he was able to block it out, remain sane and not miss her.
It's funny hey? How the people you trust most end up being the ones that have the power to destroy you.
*Flashback: One week prior.*
Heather giggled as the boy continued to place kisses down her neck. She moaned as he hit her sweet spot. "Wes, shouldn't we feel guilty?" She managed to whisper, her eyes closed as her body filled with pleasure.
The two of them continuously hurt someone they cared about a lot.. Sneaking behind his back, lying, and especially cheating. The two of them have been hooking up since the beginning of Heathers relationship with Jasper.. But she couldn't help it, Wesley was just too irresistable.
Wesley moved to Heathers ear, nibbling on it gently. "Of course we do, it's not like we don't. He's my best friend, but I think we need to wait for the right time to tell him." He proped himself up, looking down at her, a smirk on his lips. "For now.. This fun can continue." Before she could say a word he crashed his lips on hers.
Nearby, Jasper pressed on the breaks and came to a stop at a red light. He couldn't help but be totally stressed out about Heather. She seemed to be busy all the time and bailed whenever they did manage to make plans. He couldn't help but think this was a sign that her feelings were't the same..
As the light turned green he moved his right foot to the gas pedal, it was like he was pressing away the thoughts of Heather. For now at least.
He reached the spot his best friend always took his one night stands and shook his head, recognizing Wesley's jeep. Jasper decided it would be hilarious to pull into the lot and scare Wes, and his mystery girl.
Holding in a laugh, he tried to tip-toe to Wesley's vehicle. A smirk formed on his lips as he noticed the foggy windows, this gave him an idea. Jasper made his way to the drivers side, placed a hand on the window and quickly dragged it down. It didn't take long before he heard a scream and chatter coming from inside.
"Okay, okay. I'll look. It's probably just a kid playing a stupid prank." Wesley reached for his boxers, pulling them on before crawling to the drivers seat.
