Chapter 4

"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING OUT HERE"

"AHHHHH" my sister and I shouted as the red and black wolf came straight for us.

"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING OUT HERE!?!" the wolf repeated again.

"UH......Sorry Reaper!" we both said in unison. we were both begging for him not to give us a punishment. but whatever it is I bet its not going to be bad since we are 'his best warriors'. " we wanted to explore!" we both said in unison again. we disobeyed his rule, what punishment would he give us.

"YOU TWO KNOW MY RULE. SO WHY DISOBEY IT!!" Reaper yelled at us. it wasn't just Reaper who was mad at us it was the whole dawn patrol too. when we get back we are dead meat. we all know that no one disobeys Reaper, and if you do the whole pack is mad because no one likes it when reaper is angry. " sorry Reaper." we said in sync again. when we are both nervous we at the stupidest things.

" YOU TWO BETTER HEAD BACK, AND WHEN WE GET BACK YOUR PUNISHMENT WILL START!" Reaper yelled at us. we got up and ran back with our tails between our legs. at this point the only thing I wish is that the pack didn't find out yet.

when we got back to the den just outside the entrance we were already getting a lot of stares. that means the pack did know about it! every pack member looked at au like we were about to die. what does that even mean!?! does that mean whatever Reaper was going to do was that harsh? whatever it is its not good.

about 30 minutes later, Reaper and the dawn patrol stormed through the entrance of the den. it was time for our punishment. both Bone and I were trying to get out of whatever punishment he had for us. when he got to us he had said, " what's wrong with you two." he was trying to be calm towards us as a trick. I caught on easily and so had bone. I am sick and tired of his little tricks! I was slowly getting angrier by the second. " now, your punishment is....."

"now your punishment is....."

"SIR!" a white and black wolf came straight for the tree of us. the wolf had a black and white feather tucked behind his ear, the feather symbolizes his name, Feather. Feather was also known as the pack healer.

" yes Feather , what is so important you had to interrupt me giving these two their punishment!?" he might sound calm but he is not, deep down he is very angry. I'm honestly glad Feather had interrupted, I honestly didn't want to know whatever the punishment was.

"well you see.." Feather started , " I spoke with the stars last night, and well, they told me a dangerous event will occur in a months time!"

" that's insane!" Reaper said, this time he was actually interested in what someone else had to say. " what type of dangerous event!" he edged on.

" I don't know all of it, but I caught a glimpse of the moon turning red, wolves clashing at each other, and worst of all, two wolves as powerful as him!" Feather continued worried.

"you don't think?" Reaper started, and stopped to turn towards Bone and I. now I'm confused what was Reaper talking about and who is him. Reaper signaled Feather to leave and that he was grateful for the information. Feather then hurried off and left both Bone and I full of questions.

" what does it mean by two wolves as powerful as him?" Bone asked. but she got no answer from Reaper, like he was ignoring her! after all that silence he finally spoke up in a soft voice, "you two, head back to your den, your punishment will wait." is he serious! I am so confused. "Huh?" Bone looked at me confused. reaper should just tell us what's going on! "Why don't we get the answers we deserve!?" I yelled at Reaper, "we have questions, and we need answers!" I was getting angrier by the minute, "Skull.....!" bone had started to yell at me but she was cut off by Reaper.

"Skull," Reaper started," if its answers you want, then you two follow me." we followed him to his den. finally he is gonna tell us some answers. when we got to his den he signaled us to sit down, so we did. bone and I have never been in his den before, it was really dark and creepy and needed some serious re-decorating.

"You see," Reaper spoke, but instead of continuing right away, he paused for a couple minutes deep in thought, he sighed and continued," I know you two know about your father and his legacy, but there's something you don't know." he said. what?! everything he is saying is so confusing. our father was the best alpha ever! all wolves feared him. we were the most feared pack until he died. there was nothing we didn't know about him. and if so how does Reaper know about it, and not us!

" your father..." he started, " was like a god..."
