Behind Rejection

Chapter 1

Another day for a hot and aromatic coffee. Another day of a scolding boss telling me everything I do is either wrong or lacking. My life goes up and down but usually down. Boys hate me I don't know why but ever since I was young, they avoid me all the time. I always sleep late and wake up early in the morning to go to the coffee shop to buy my energizer which is of course, you already know and go to work. My my, this coffee doesn't work and I feel more sleepy but one reason why I always buy this is because I love it. This is the only thing that loves me back. Makes my day brighter.

I walk going to the bus stop which sucks because people are always rushing to ride the bus so I always end up missing it and was always late for work. This time, I tried to run, risking my coffee, hoping it will not spill and I'm not going to drink half of it. Unluckily, the coffee spilled half, I bumped into a guy and the bus is about to leave. 

"Oh no! I'm very sorry miss," he apologized

"Aw!" I shouted, but the remaining amount of coffee was spilled on his shirt and I stood up

"Are you okay?" he asked me

"Hey! Are you going to ride or what?" the bus driver asked

"Uhh," he step aside and he gestures 'go in' 

"No, I'm fine, you go" I insisted, oh! I forgot, his shirt is dirty I shouldn't let him go somewhere else having a dirty shirt, what if he has a girlfriend and they are going on a date or he's going at the park, people will laugh at him

"I mean, you can't leave, I need to replace your clothes that I stained coffee" I added

Looks like the bus driver got mad and left. I AM LATE FOR WORK BUT THIS MAN SHOULDN'T GO SOMEWHERE LOOKING LIKE THAT. 

"Uhm, you see, I spilled the coffee on your shirt, I need to buy you clothes since it's my fault," I told him

"I'm fine, I'm about to head home-"

"Wha-? Sorry! I made the bus driver annoyed that's why he left and you didn't go in, is the coffee too hot? I really should buy you clothes" I apologized

"No need, I have an extra shirt. Thank you" He said "Be careful next time, you shouldn't run while holding a coffee" he added

"I was just rushing because I'm late for work, I apologize once again" I said

He just laugh at me and said, "You know what, let me get you a taxi, and why don't you just install an uber to your mobile?"

"I-I didn't think of that"

"Now you know"

He got me a taxi and I thanked and apologized to him again. I saw him giggling. Okay, he is nice but laughing at me is kinda rude. I don't know what kind of man he is.  

"You are fired!"

"I'm so sorry Ms. Warner, I just had an urgent task to do"

"Excuses will not save you Ms. Pager! You are always late, couldn't do your work properly and you always lack at everything, I'm sorry but you can't work here anymore"

Another failure. After years of working hard just to get here, sacrificed my time and energy but ended up getting fired. How many times did I hear them say, "good job" "well done Ms. Pager" or haven't you realize I work all night just to finish a report? When I'm sick I just wore a face mask and go to work. Appreciate my effort. Even my work hates me then rejects me.

I just went to a coffee shop and immediately open my laptop to look for a job. I will make you all regret that you fired me!
