eleven | catching up

I got down the bus, I saw that face again. I avoided him as much as possible, my heart's pounding again.

I turn away", Ji su-ah!" He jogs closer to me.

"Jungkook? What are you doing here?" I pretend.

"I'm just here in Korea pursuing my dream."

"That's great." I smile.

"Are you busy today?" He asks.

It would be probably be best if I check up on him.

"No, why?"

"I was think about catching up later."

"Sure, where?"

"Busan café." Out of all the places we could go to he chooses that place.

"Okay."

"See you." He smiles.

"Bye bye." I waved goodbye.

What's going on in my life?

I'm friends with my best friend's ex and I am going to meet up later with my ex boyfriend. Is this healthy for my mental and emotional state?

I got to the apartment and Chae ra wasn't there. She's probably at work I thought, I lie down on my bed.

I got ready for this afternoon, I walked my way to the café.

Jungkook waves at me from the window. This is gonna be tough.

"Hey Ji ji." He smiled cutely.

"Hi."

"How are you?"

"Good, you?" I smile.

"Good. It's been a while..."

"Yes, it has been a while since we last saw each other."

"I missed you..." He says charmingly.

I missed him too. So much.

"I missed you too."

"Do you want anything?"

"No I'm good." I say trying to keep calm.

"Okay... well uh... I know it's weird to ask this but... are you in a relationship?"

What the hell!? I gulp", Uhh... not really."

There was a bit of silence.

"I'm staying here for a month or so and I'd really like to take you out."

I laugh nervously", Are you free tomorrow night?"

All those memories we had come back to me. He was my Chae ra like for Taehyung.

"Uhh... Okay." The words just slipped out of my mouth.
