Greyson's POV:
I look up to my sister. She is really a role model for me and I love her SO much. She volunteers at the hospital helping kids and teens. It's amazing and inspiring.
"Greyson, time to get ready to go see Alexa!" shouted my mom from downstairs.
"Coming!" I yelled back.
Last night I had a conversation with my dad and brother about meeting the "right/perfect girl." I feel like there's a dream girl for every guy but I haven't found mine yet. I've been thinking about it ever since, what do I want my "dream girl" to be?
"Ready, Grey?" my mom asked as we got into the car.
"Yep." I said sighing.
Surprisingly, I was tired. I was up all night thinking about this perfect girl I've never met.

*At the hospital*
The waiting room wasn't that crowded. The hospital over all just wasn't busy.
Alexa came out of room 206, laughing and smiling. Pushing out a beautiful girl in a wheelchair wearing a hospital dress.
"Hey guys!" Alexa said smiling and waving.
"Alexa! We've missed you!" said my Mom.
"Yeah." I agreed.
I couldn't stop looking at the girl in the wheelchair. I was in shock. She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life. She smiled at me while my mom and Alexa were talking. They were completely ignoring us but it was like me and her were talking with our eyes.
She was staring at me, I figured she was star struck and couldn't believe I was standing in front of her. I reached my hand out and said "Hi, sweetie I'm Greyson." she stared at my hand and shook her head. "This can't be happening." she said burying her covering her face with her hands.
"I'm guessing you're a big fan?" I said.
She looked up at me, and said..."Michael?"
"No, I'm Greyson but Michael is my middle name." I replied.
"How...do you spell your name Greyson?" she asked.
"G-r-e-y..." I started saying. She cut me off.
"This isn't real." she said.
I was confused. I looked at Alexa who had a worried expression on her face. "No...this isn't him, it's gonna be okay." she said to her.
"Greyson. You look a lot like my dead boyfriend." She said to me.
"How long has it been?" I asked.
"3 months, and he said before he died that he would come back." She said.
"Well, I'm not Michael. I'm Greyson Michael, and I'm here for you." I said.
I bent down and hugged her in her wheelchair. She was gorgeous, and it seems like she had a rough past. She hugged me back. I let her cry.
"Here's my number, you can call me. Maybe we can talk about it." I said.
She nodded. "We'll be right back, she has to do some bloodwork." Alexa said taking her away.
There was things I needed to know about her, I looked at my mom who stayed quiet the whole time. She was about to break out into tears, as was I.

Alexa came out wheeling her. She looked drained, and a little paler than I remembered.
"Do you wanna take a walk?" She asked her.
"I want Greyson to come." She replied grabbing my hand.
I didn't know how I felt. Im not her dead boyfriend, I don't want her thinking that. Is she a little crazy maybe? It may not be a mental hospital but maybe she doesn't remember very well what happened to her.
"Greyson, I know you're not Michael but..." She said.
"But what?!" I asked very curiously.
"You're just like him." she said looking at me.
"Greyson...come here for a second." said Alexa pulling me aside.
"Alayna, is one of our what we call "special" patients." She said.
"What? What does that mean?"
"She has mild brain damage, and is paralyzed from the waist down. She doesn't have a boyfriend, she is an Enchancer and is convinced that, you're her boyfriend. She has a mild case of schizophrenia."
"Is she okay? Why does she think I'm dead?" I asked.
"Her father abused her, and raped her, she doesn't know what she says half the time she talks." Alexa said.
I didnt realize that both me and Alexa were crying.
"I'm falling in love with her, she's beautiful and..." Alexa interrupted her. "Greyson, a relationship with her could be dangerous, she's sensitive."
"You know I wouldn't hurt her, she needs someone to love her...obviously her father didn't." I said.
"You're the perfect boy for her. Take good care of my friend." Alexa said crying a little more roughly.
