Mr. Urie's POV

I asked Hailey to stay behind. My first thoughts were, is she mad at me keeping her behind or does she think I'm hot or something?? I asked her if she was ok and she just replied with yeah sure, out of all honesty I knew she wasn't paying attention she was in some other world almost like narnia. She stands up to leave but something is making me want to reach out to her and tell her to stay a bit longer. As she gets up I see how short her shorts are. I go to tell her that they are against the dress code but I choose not to and let her go.
