it was freshman year. I was finally feeling like a true adult. Middle school is over and high school has finally started. I cant believe it and neither can my dad. It's been almost 2 years since my mom died... she was murdered. We still to this day don't know who killed her. The only evidence we have is a note by the killer saying.

My dad was so devastated he went to therapy for 6 months and had been taking anti depressant pills for almost a year and a half now. I was affected by it too but all I did about it was go to therapy for like 3 months. I miss my mom a lot but I'm usually able to control my feelings. Tomorrow will be exactly 2 years since she was murdered. We're having a party. That's sounds bad right, having a party for you moms death. Well its not to celebrate her death. It's to celebrate her life. My dad did it last year also but this year i have to plan it, which isn't as bad as it sounds I guess. All I have to do is get some decorations from hobby lobby and put them all over my back yard. Not to bad huh. The worst part is gunna be being at the party and not crying. I really miss her but life sucks sometimes. Life's to short to care or at least that's what my mom would say, she was obviously right. She died young. She had been through a lot. She was kidnapped for 3 days. She had a miscarriage which means I would've had a older brother but he died in her Stomach. She even got bit by a crocodile and survived that. She just had a chunk of her leg missing. My mom has been through everything. She was really tough. That's was the ending of my moms life but this is only the beginning of mine.
