Beef: having something against someone else or wanting an argument or a fight. Beef has two letter "e's" in it. The word "two" has two consonants ("t" and "w"). Two plus two is four, minus one, that's three... quick math! The word "three" also has two of the letter "e" just as beef does; how can this be? Well, the word "beef" comes from the Old French word buef. Did you know that there is a show called Phineas and Ferb, and the bully on that show is named Bueford. Well, in the show, Bueford is portrayed as a vegetarian. Coincidence? I think not. Is there a reason why the vegetarian bully always has so-called beef with other people on the show who are also portrayed as vegetarians? I think not. In conclusion, if a vegetarian is in an argument with another vegetarian then call it lettuce while they have beef. It's rude otherwise.
