Eon's look broke my heart but what could I say at a time like this?

I was literally caught with my pants down.

Her eyes turned red immediately and even though she did not speak a word or even sob before me I saw a tear escape from her stronghold of an eye and slowly make it's way down her cheek.

She just turned around and started walking away.

I wanted to follow her immediately but Scarlet held my hand and turned me to face her and for a few minutes I was caught like a dear to the headlights - her beauty was just too much. How had I landed such beautiful women?

Women... Oooh...Eon is one of them and she is walking away!

By the time I managed to get to our camp she was no longer there. The next thing I noticed was that all the Watchers were gone as well.

In my mind I was asking myself how I had let all this come about.

Over-watch and uncle Sam walked into our tent as I sat down trying to figure out what to do and uncle Sam was furious, "Young man you better explain yourself, what did you do? Do you want to cost us this war?" He was pissed!

"No uncle, that is not what I want, I did not even intend for all this to happen," I responded to his queries.

"Well you did not mean it but it has happened so tell us how you are going to fix it because you need to understand that I cannot work without my team and if they are not here by tomorrow  then I will have to go back home," Over-watch demanded.

At that point I realized that if Over-watch was to leave then this war would be at an end as the Lion who was a Lamb had told us we had to follow the directions of Over-watch who was about to leave us.

I was at that time also feeling guilty that I was about to destroy uncle Sam's relationship with Over-watch - which seemed at this moment to have been on the up and up.

"Uncle Sam, I need to go to the Watchers planet, I need to go convince Eon to come back to me," I pleaded with both uncle Sam and Over-watch.

"Then go!" said Over-watch and in an instant I was on the Watchers planet.

I was met by one of the Watchers he said her name was Oeoen and she said, "We knew you were coming but I am afraid it was a waste of time. Eon does not want to see you."

"Oeoen, if you believe in love and if you believe in second chances then please let me see her and at least explain - believe me I don't know how this happened but I know that it will never happen again," I replied and after pleading some more I was allowed to see her.

I can tell you that I don't know whether it was days or hours but I spent a lot of time pleading with her to have me back and explaining how it had happened and how now I realize that this was the RED we had been warned about and how I realized just how much I loved Eon and did not want to loose her and was just asking for one more chance.

At the end of it my hopes were dashed to the ground because she was just too hurt. As I waited for her to give me her final answer Aeon, the elder Watcher, came to me and informed me that Eon had refused to rejoin us and that the elder Watcher was here to send me back to my tent.

As I stood with tears in my eyes I cried out for the last time, "Eon please, I messed up and if you are hearing please darling, come back to me and I swear it shall never happen again - I SWEAR!"

As Aeon was about to send me back home Eon appeared and she came straight for me and we hugged and there and then I swore that this one weakness was done with - NO MORE!
