DEANS POV:
I was in the car with Sammy on our way back to the bunker after a hunt. Sam almost got hurt it was my fault I wasn't paying attention to him  I feel so bad. I should probably say now that I love him more then a brother I know it's wrong but I can't help it he's so sexy and adorable
( S=Sam D=Dean)
D: Sammy I'm sorry about you almost getting hurt
S: dean it's ok I should've been paying attention it's not your fault
D: ok Sammy
I mess up he hair because I know he hates it

SAMS POV:
Dean is always worried about me I like it. I wish I could tell him how I feel. I know it wrong but I love him more then I should and I hate myself for it. I'm disgusting for liking my brother this way I wish that demon killed me back there.

(Magical time skip to back at the bunker still sams POV)
We got home and dean left to get food now was my chance

I go into the bathroom and grab a blade from the drawer and I cut my wrist a couple time when I finish I'm crying but I deserve the pain
After I calm myself down I wrap up my wounds and clean up all the blood then I walk into the kitchen waiting for dean to come home.
When he gets home we sit down and eat. After we finish we throw our stuff away and he bumps my arm and I wince in pain

DEANS POV:
No no no I thought to my self he couldn't of hurt himself I grab his wrist carefully and lifts his sleeve and sees the old and new cuts
D: Sammy...
He pulls away from me and runs into his room and locks the door. I runs after him I can hear him crying and I knock on the door
D: Sammy it's ok I'm not mad I just want to make sure your ok
He opens the door and I walk in and hug him and he just cries
D: shh it's ok Sam just talk to me what's wrong
S: if I tell you you can hate me you have to promise
D: I promise I could never hate you

SAMS POV:
I sigh and sits on the bed he's gonna hate me so much he's gonna leave I just know it
S: dean I love you
D: Sammy I love you to now tell me what's wrong
S: no I love you more then I brother and I know it wrong but..
I'm cut off by his lips on mine I'm shocked for a second but then I kiss back

3rd person:
They continue kissing then they pull away because unfortunately air exists
D: I love you to Sammy but you need to promise me that your never going to do this to yourself again because I need you sam I do

S: I promise dean I have a question
D: of course ask
S: will you be the best brother ever and be my boyfriend?
D: of course!
They share a sweet kiss  then they cuddle and watch a movie
