"  Koby shut up damn" i said as i rolled my eyes. i slid into the drivers seat as e slid into the passengers seat. " i don't even know why I'm going to this , i don't even like her " he said . i looked at him for a second and laughed " i don't know whats so funny , it wouldn't be funny if i made you  go to Donnas baby shower." i stopped laughing " Koby , Alexis don't even like you, you ain't even invited " he looked at me side ways and i laughed " you only going because i don't wanna be there by myself big stupid" . we pulled up in the drive way to Alexis's house and i cut off the engine and started to pull off but stopped " Koby if say something bout this girl gap and her baby I'm killing you and I'm serious" he smacked his lips " baby would i ever do something like that?" he question with a smile , i laughed " Koby I'm serious" he grabbed my hand " diamond  okay shit i get it " we got out the car and walked up to the back gate hand in hand . AS we walked threw the gate  to greet Alexis she as coming the way . " hey lexis , girl you look great" she had this glow that was beautiful and on the lowest key i envied her but in a good way. " thank you diamond..." she trailed off her smile fading, but continued " i see you brought your ugly ass boyfriend" she looked at Koby and lifted her eyebrow with a smirk " who you callin ugly Micheal Straehan?" he said back with a laugh. i looked at the both of them and i handed Alexis her gift for the baby ." y'all better quit before everybody get a whoopin, you know Ms.Worthy don't play when it come to y'all actin out in public" i warned with a laugh " girl we grown" she said as she looked over her shoulder for her momma to make sure she didn't here what she said. Koby laughed " if you so grown why you lookin over your shoulder?" she frowned " ain't nobody scared of her " " speak of the devil an he shall appear" i said as i pulled Koby away to talk to everybody else as Ms.Worthy approached Alexis with a scold " Alexis why you ain't dressed" i walked a little faster before she caught us " hey everybody" i said as i greeted my best friends Genevieve, Dae, and Taniya. we gathered in a group hug as Koby started to sit with the boys. " hey Koby, you cant say hi with yo ugly self?" Dae questioned " hi with yo ugly self " Koby repeated and everybody laughed. A few hours later Alexis came out in this beautiful floral outfit and her baby bump stood out very nicely . " may i have your attention everybody" i got quiet as she spoke " id like to thank everybody for showing up this afternoon, even my god cousins ugly boyfriend... not naming names , Koby" we all laughed " in a few moments we will begin our first game and reveal the gender to the parents  to be " said Ms.Worthy
