The wind blew through the trees, shaking away leaves and filling the campus with an early autumn feel. Students bustled in the main campus green, excited for the days activities. It was one week until classes started at Shammy University of the Arts and that meant the green had been lined with white fair tents. Every club on campus had a booth to peddle their brand of social interaction to the new freshman. One new student, Cameron, was desperately searching around the booths to find a film making club, he hoped that this school would have one. He brushed the long dark brown hair that draped down one side of his face out of his eye and continued scanning the signs on the booth. He bumped into what he mistook for a goblin at first.

"Oh, sorry man," mumbled Cameron.

"c'était une erreur," exclaimed the goblin, before correcting to: "that's okay, it was only a mistake."

Desperate to know at least someone at the school, Cameron tried to make friends with this strange person, "hey, my name is Cameron. Have you seen a film makers club anywhere?"

The person looked taken aback and then said, "I have actually, I'll show you where it is. I'm called David by the way."

Cameron seemed pleased and took to time to regard David a little better. He was short, probably around five-foot seven inches. He wore large frame classes. He had deep brown eyes and light brown hair. David turned and started guiding Cameron into the throng of people. Cameron took a chance glance at a booth for theater and that's when he saw him. Golden blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, Avery, the boy who would change Cameron's life forever.
