Jac woke up early the next morning, Emma was coming home today, she couldn't wait to see her. She climbed out of Fletch's bed and made her way to his en suit. She opened the door to the bathroom, before entering she turned and looked at Fletch. She smiled to herself. He looked so peaceful as he slept, with his hair was messy, which she thought was rather cute.
Jac was washing her hair when she heard the bathroom door open.
'Sorry.'
Jac laughed and pulled him in, it was early so none of the kids were awake yet. Fletch was momentarily shocked at Jac's actions, she just smiled and pecked his lips. Fletch just admired how beautiful Jac looked, he noticed her new scar, from the shooting. He traced his thumb over the scar, his eyes never leaving Jac's. He pulled Jac's naked body into him and just hugged her, thinking about everything she's gone through these past months and admiring her strength. Jac wrapped her arms around Fletch's neck, she felt close to him, she liked feeling close to him, it made her feel safe. She buried her head in Fletch's neck enjoying the moment.
'Why are you still wearing you boxers?' Jac laughed against his neck, her words muffled.
'Because I didn't think you were going to drag me into the shower!' Jac laughed at him.
Once they had broken the hug, and Fletch had took his boxers off, he turned Jac around and washed the rest of the shampoo out of her hair. Jac pressed her body against Fletch and tilted her head back to rest on his shoulder, he pecked her forehead and slowly ran his thumb over stomach. She closed her eyes and hummed, Fletch smiled and dropped his head to her shoulder, trailing feather light kisses up her neck to her jaw. Jac turned to face Fletch and kissed him passionately.
When Jac and Fletch had finished in the shower they made their way down stairs to make breakfast.
'Would you be able to drop me home later?' Jac asked.
'Of course.' Fletch replied walking over to Jac and wrapping his arms around her waist and nuzzling her neck, Jac leaned into him and smiled.
When Jac finally got home later she missed Fletch and his kids. It felt weird, her house was silent, no giggling, no excited children, no Fletch. Nothing. She missed it, she never thought she would miss being surrounded by people. She couldn't wait for Emma to get home, she had really missed her over the past couple of days.
There was a knock at the door, Jac got up quickly to answer it. Emma ran straight into her legs, wrapping her arms around her torso.
'Mummy, I missed you so much!'
Jac crouched down to Emma's level and squeezed her tight.
'I missed you too baby.'
Once Jonny had left Jac put finding Nemo on and they watched it together, Emma curled into Jac's side while they were eating their popcorn.
Jac's phone started ringing, she looked at the called ID, Fletch's name popped up. Jac answered
'Hey.' Fletch could hear the smile in Jac's voice.
'Hi, do you want to come out for dinner with me and the kids, bring Emma?'
'Yeah, when?'
'Say met at my house in an hour?'
'Yeah sure I'll se you then.'
'See you then Naylor.'
'Bye.'
Jac put her phone down with a smile playing on her lips.
'Who was that Mummy?' Emma asked
'It was Fletch, we are going to go out for dinner with him and his children.' Jac told Emma.
'Yay! Have you told Fletch you love him yet?' Emma asked curiously.
'No, not yet baby.' Jac replied a hint of sadness in her voice.
'Is he your boyfriend yet?' Emma asked
Jac smiled at her daughter.
'He is.'
Emma gasped. 'Really!'
'Yes, is that okay? Jac asked, she felt she needed to make sure with her daughter because there is nothing Jac wouldn't do for her.
'Yes! I love Fletch!' Emma squealed.
'Me too, baby. Come on we need to get ready to leave, we are going out for dinner.'
