Originally created from the idea of the Ra'ok Vill Erkil's (Arctic Sea Fish) natural ability to produce a ice shard and shoot it at predators or hunters through it's mouth, Water wizard later studied the creature and began experimenting and developed the spell Ra'ok Tann and brought it to classes all around the land and soon after the local authorities of the kingdom of Froz'zinda started using the spell as they personal weapon against crime
