Chapter 3
Oh my Lord, was this delivery boy ever sexy. Even in his Pizza Hut uniform you could tell he has some muscle going, wooooie is it getting hot in here or is it just me? He was so handsome with his shaggy midnight colored hair and his high cheekbones gave him a dangerous look and his jaw was sculpted so nicely. He even had cute ears and a eye brow piercing which made him even more dangerous, and I like dangerous. His natural tan was perfect with the color of his hair and even his hands were hot as they held onto the pizza box. I finally looked up at his eyes and gasped, they were the same deep forest green that I remember so fondly that my mother had, I love his eyes it's like looking into the depths of - " uhm hello is anybody in their?" he asked while waving his hand in front of my face. Wow I can't believe I totally zoned out like that just staring at him, one word LOSER. "k seriously I'm not sure what I did to make you look so sad, I'm sorry" why does he think I'm sad. "I'm not sad?" I said it as a question." Well you look pretty sad to me" then it hit me, it was his eyes reminding me of my mother, "oh uhm I'm sorry its just you remind me of someone" I said while I waved him in and went to the kitchen to grab some money. I have never in my life just zoned out like that with a guy, it is usually the other way around, weird it was probably just his eyes, that's it his eyes nothing more. "How much is it?" I asked. "15" he said. I grabbed 15 dollars and a tip and walked back to the foyer to find him sitting crossed legged on the floor. "What are you doing?" this is unusual most pizza dudes don't do this, but then again he doesn't look like the typical pizza dude. " Well I'm sorry but walking from the front gate up to your door does a number on someone, like you live on the top of a frekin hill!" well that was uncalled for, yes my house is kind of far from the front gate and I'm guessing our gate security Stan did not let him drive up. "Oh sorry I- never mind here is your money" he graciously took the money but made no gesture as to getting up. "So are you going to sit on my floor all day?" I asked. "Well I was hoping I could take a 5 minute break on this floor actually" he grinned. This guy is starting to get on my nerves, but not enough for me to kick him out. "I'm Carlie" I said while sticking my unbroken hand out to him. He grabbed it as a gesture of me helping him up but that did not go over well as a pain went across my chest and I yelped and staggered back. "Woah what was that?" he asked. I was on the verge of crying now the pain was unbearable, he noticed it to because concern crossed his face. "Are you okay, I'm sorry I didn't think I was that heavy" a put my hand up for him to stop talking and he did. "What's you name?" I said a little shaky, I kind of found it weird not knowing. "Dylan" he stuck his hand out to shake my hand but at the moment my unharmed hand was clutching my side to try and stop the pain. I shook my head and he dropped his hand, he looked a little hurt. "Dylan, itsallgood" I said kind of quickly "I know you might think this is totally random but as you can see I have a broken arm and when u put weight towards me it kinda made my chest move in the wrong way and I have broken ribs as well" I said as I pulled my shirt up just enough to show him the bandages " therefore it hurt". He looked like a ghost, "I'm so sorry I didn't know I feel so bad now, ugh I can't believe I didn't notice that your all banged up I should have been more careful!" he said super fast and before I could tell him it was alright he was out the door running down my driveway. Well that was weird.
I decided to forget the incident and eat my pizza, but I found out that he ran away with my pizza and money, so basically I paid him for nothing......good one Carlie. I was super hungry by now and didn't know what to eat since there was absolutely nothing good in the fridge or cupboards. I figured then by the time Dylan calmed down and saw that he never left my pizza he would make his way back and bring it, so I waited on my porch to watch out for him. Not 5 minutes after waiting I saw him walking back up my driveway. I laughed at his face expression, he looked utterly pissed at the ground. "So you decided to bring my pizza back?" I shouted. He looked up at me and jogged over to where I was sitting. "Well I kinda of need my job and I didn't want you to think I was stealing your money and call my work and get me fired or something" he explained. Awh, I was really hoping he would of said something along the lines of "I had to see your gorgeous face again" or something rather. "Well Dylan I would not have done that, I'm not mean" I pouted. He laughed and I gestured for him to take a seat beside me. "Thanks" he mumbled. Geez is this guy ever cute, "well you look like you need some pizza" I grinned and handed him a slice, he looked surprised and took it. "So do you run away from your customers all the time, or am I just not special enough to be blessed with your presence?" man I'm such a teaser. "Well I will be honest, I wasn't sure what came over me, I guess you have an effect on my brain or something" he winked. My heart fluttered at his wink, "so tell me bout yourself" I was really curious and couldn't help myself in asking. "Uhm well I'm 17 and I like sports and I uh go to St.Mary's?" he said as if asking me is that enough. "Ohh you're a cute little catholic boy" it's to bad I go to a public school. "You think I'm cute eh?" he asked while scooting over towards me. That's when it hit me how weird it was that I'm practically flirting with the pizza delivery dude. I instantly thought up a whitty remark. I scooted towards him and leaned toward his ear and whispered "your definitely what I dream about every night" he looked shocked at what I said and turned and looked at me. The close proximity of our faces made me uncomfortable I slowly got up off the bench making sure I didn't hurt myself and walked inside leaving him there hanging.
