It was a strange night indeed, the night I met him. It started out like anyother though. It was cold and raining. I was driving slowly down and old abandoned rode, singing along to "Thriller" on the radio. Raindrops hit the windshield over and over ony to be swished away by the wipers.

"CUZ THIS IS THRILLER!" I sang out loud, dancing along with the music. I loved that song and never missed out on a chance to jam out to it.

Sudenly the car gave out a loud "PUT! PUT!" and the engin died out. The car stopped and I reluctantly unbuckled my seat belt. I put my hand on the door handle and braced myself.

"One.....Two.....Three!" I rushed out the door into the pelting rain and went to the front of the car opening the hood quickly.

I peared in at the metal parts in the car. I could only just see it from the light of the moon. I stood there for a minute, staring, and trying to make sense of the compicated michinery infront of me.

Darn, I should have brought my cell phone with me. Or atleast my umberella....

I looked up at the sky, and then down at my clothes. They were officially soked at this point. I sighed out loud.

Darn.

Just then, as I was about to see if i could walk to a gas station or something, i saw a pair of head light come into view, lighting up a sighn that said "Marburry Street".

I immediatlyran out infront of the car waving my arms around like a phsyco. The car pulled up to me and rolled the winow down on the drivers side.

Inside, was the most gorgus guy i had ever seen in my life. He had wavy black hair and bright, bright blue eyes. His jaw was square an his nose was perfectly strainght. he smiled and me, revealing a set of shiny white teeth. He had broad shoulders and was wearing a leather jacket and a tight navy blue shirt that showed of his muscles.

"Hey," he said "do you need a hand?"

I couldnt manage at first, seeing as i could only stand and stare into thoose penetrating blue eyes.

"I - I - umm - yeah - my car broke down. . ."

"Do you want a ride? My house isnt far from hear and i could call a tow truck for you."

I nodded my head and walked over to the passengers side and got in. I felt bad about getting his seats wet, but he didn't seem to mind so I didnt ay anything.

"My names Alex by the way. Whats yours?"

"S-Sarah." I mumbled quietly.

"Well Sarah," Alex said "do you have any family around here?"

I started to twiddle my thumbs absentmidedly. "No actually, they all live acouple states away."

Alex nodded his head, and i could have sworn I saw a smirk apear on his face, but when I blinked he had the same layed back expression on his face so I immediatly dismissed the idea.

We pulled up slowly to see a huge mansion. There were bars on all the windows and a large metal gate surronding the perimiter of the property.

Creepy much?

''Welcom to my home Sarah." Alex said.

I turned my head and smiled at him. He grinned at me, showing of his perfect teeth.

He got out of the car and opened my door for me, holding and umberella over my head as I got out and we walked from the car to the huge double doors that opened into his magnificent home.

He set the umberella on a coat rack and started to walk away.

"I'm going to call a tow truck. Feel free to look around." he said with his back towards me.

I watched his retreating figure and tied not to druel to much. That boy was fine.

I started to walk up the spiral stair case to the second floor. The building seemed to be fairly old. Everything waseither an antique, or an extremely expensive peice of furniture. i turned a corner and found my self walking through a long hallway.

There were several doors on each side and they all apeared to be the same.

I kept walking until I noticed a different door. It was larger than the rest and had "stay out" written on it in red.

Well of course I should have walked away. Walked down the stairs and out the front door without another word to Alex. Any sane person would have done exactly that, but, being the idiot that i am, I decided to look inside

Oh, how i wish I had never opened that door.

Turning the knob and peering inside I soon realized that this particuler door did not open to reviel a lugurious room like the rest. Oh no. This door, was the door to a closet.

And inside the door, was a girl.

She was wearing a beautiful purple dress with frills on the bottom and she had gorgous blond hair that fell just short of her shoulders. But the most stricking feature about her, was her dull, lifless eyes. I looked more closley and had to cover my mouth to stifle a scream.

Her neck, arms and legs were covered in bite marks.

My  mind was paniking i couldnt make sense of what i was seeing. i started to back up unable to tear my eyes away from the dead body.

"She really is beutiful, isnt she?"

I froze. My eyes darted to the figure leaning agenst the wall with his arms crossed and his eyes on the lifeless girl.

"Her name was Aubry. She was, very, delicious."

I felt a woosh of air and felt a hand move the hair away from my neck.

"Although I find you are much more appatizing. . ." He leaned down and i felt his cold breath on my skin. "It's a shame really.I might have kept you if i wasn't so thirsty."

Thirsty?

Oh god. . .

He wasn't. . .

He couldn't be. . .

But as much as I didn't want to believe it, my mind was screaming at me to get out because this man, this monster, was no doubt, a vampire.

As if my senses suddenly came back to me, i turned around and kicked him before running for my life.

I ran for a total of six steps beforei felt a hand grab my arm and pull me to him.

" you can't run from me Sarah." he chuckled and i felt him bend ovr and brush his lips agenst the skin on my neck before sinking his sharp fangs ino my flesh.

there are no words to describe the pain i felt. I could feel the blood leave my body and i went limp. Alex being the only thing holding me up. I wondered if my dissapearence would go unnoticed. And with that final thought, i let the darkness consume me.

I died.

But, my dear readers, you might be wondering now, how, I am telling you this story if I really did die that night as i claimed to.

The answer is simple.

I might have died that night, but by no means, did I leave. My sole is currently stuck with my body. Undiscovered in the closet. Aubries sole was able to move on when I apeared, and she said the same would happen to me.

So here I am. Sitting alone in a closet with only the company of my dead body. Awating the day when another young girl foolishly except the help of the stranger on Marburry street.
