Chapter 1: leaving

"Honey wake up!" I heard dad call from downstairs.

"We're going to be late Hun, hurry up!"

coming dad!

As soon as I got up from bed I made my way to the restroom.

I quickly brushed my teeth and put my hair up in a pony tail.

Than I headed downstairs to find my dad and mom filling up the car with all our suit cases.

I can't believe that after all these years ill finally be leaving Oklahoma.

I'm really going to miss it here.

I hate the fact that I'm leaving my best friend Ej, but good thing we both have phones to keep updated on what's new, and what's not you know all the gossip.

Hopefully one day she comes and visits me, or maybe I could go visit her!

Wait ughh nevermind I forgot how strict my parents are.

They won't even let me have a boyfriend and I'm already 18.

For Jesus Christ, I mean come on, who hasn't had a boyfriend by the age of 18?

But yupp those are my parents.

So I see dad has finally started the car, and we're about to head to the airport.

I feel like a tear is going to roll down my cheek.

I'm going to miss home.

Hopefully the new house I'm going to be living in is as Huge as this one.

Did I mention that I'm moving to chesire a town in the United Kingdom?

Nope don't think so, well yeah that's where ill be living for the rest of my life.

Hopefully I love It there but I doubt it.

I've been googling "chesire in the united kingdom" and I can already say I'm going to hate it.

Maybe because it looks different, yeah maybe that's why.

So we're almost at the airport but dad stops at McDonalds to get breakfast real fast.

"What would you like sweetheart?" Dad asks me.

"Hmmm ill get an orange juice along with a biscuit and sausage."

"Alright Hun, ill be right back"

Mom and i wait inside the car, it's all silent until mom asks me "so what do you think about moving honey?" "You haven't really said anything about it"

"Well I, I think ill be happy as long as you guys are happy. " I said trying to sound sincere, though I was lying.

If only she new i wasn't really okay with it, but oh well I'm doing it for dad and how happy he is about his new job as a doctor.

So dad gets back and hands me the food.

"Thanks dad!"

"No problem kiddo"

I give him a small smile, and start to eat.

So we finally arrive at the airport.

We get all our suitcases and head on in to the the airport.

We get out tickets and wait like 20 to 30 minutes until we hear our flight being called out.

30 minutes have passed and we finally hear them Announce our flight, my parents rush to where we're suppose to go while I'm right behind them just following.

We finally are in the plane dad and mom have been seated so have I.

So I guess this is it.

Good bye oklahoma.

Tears started to roll down my face but I quickly dry each one of them making sure mom and dad don't see me.

I was thinking about my friends, school and everything. I feel really upset but oh well anything for my dad, he's my everything. He's the only person I can trust, I'm like daddy's little girl.

So the flight seemed like it was going to take forever so I decided to go to sleep, and stop thinking too much otherwise I was going to get a headache.
