Jordan's POV
As I Look In To My Over The Door Mirror And Fix My Tie. Damarion Starts To Cry And Kick Off His Shoes. I Walk Over To The Bed To Cradle Him In My Arms.
"Shhhhhh....Don't Cry. Daddy Misses Her Too, But We Gotta Be Strong For Mommy. Mmmkay Cause She's Looking Down On Us Smiling Cause Her Baby Boy Is Growing Up And Is Looking Just As Handsome As His Daddy." He Giggles And Starts To Play With My Nose.
"Jordannnn The Limo Is Here"
"Coming Ma !!!!"
I Flip The Light Switch With Damarion's Baby Bag Slung Over My Shoulder. Carefully Walking Down The Stairs. As The Air Hits My Face And I Breathe In My First Breath Of Fresh Air For The Day It Seems Like I Smell Vanilla. Taylor's Favorite Scent. Stepping Into The Limo And Greeting Tiffany, Ms.Katie, Daniel And A Few More Of Taylor's Close Family Members. Their Making Small Conversations Between Themselves And ms. Katie Is Holding Damarion.
"Well...My Daughter Is GoneBut She Left A Handsome Little Baby Boy. That I Am Very Proud To Call My Grandson." She Says Looking Him In The Eyes Holding Back Tears.
It Makes Me Smile Cause He Does Do A Lot Of Things That Taylor Use to. And Every Night He Sleeps With Me Instead Of His Crib Cause He Sleeps Exactly Like Taylor. Finally We Pull Up To The Church. And Get In Line For The Procession. So It's Our Turn To Look At The Body. And There She Is. Lifeless Her Body Laying There, But She Is Smiling. Her Make Up Is Light Just Like She Always Wears It Just Enough To Bring Out Her Natural Beauty Even More. This Morning I Swore I Wouldn't Cry But The Tear Slides Down My Check Anyways. Before The Water Works Start I Proceed To My Seat. All The People That Get Up To Make Speeches Are Either Her Family Members Or On The Cheerleading Team. Then Tiffany Gets a The Mic.
"We All Know Taylor As The Girl Who Was Always Smiling. As The One Who Keeps U Laughing No Matter The Situation. I Remember She Fell Off The Top Of The Pyramid And Was Laughing. But She Also Loved Everyone. There Was Not One Person That She Wouldn't Talk To. One Person That She Wouldn't Help. She Was My Best Friend She Was My Counselor And Everything She Kept Me Strong And Ill Never Forget Her Ever. I Should Be The Person In The Casket, Cause If I Had Never Called Her Over To Where I Was The Bullet Would Have Hit Me. She Has Left Her Son Behind And He Needs His Mother. I Wish We Could Change Places. " She Stops As Her Voice Cracks. The Tears Are Rolling Down Her Checks And She Cry Into The Microphone. Ms. Katie Gets Up To Help Her To Her Seat. She Refuses And Yells "I'm Sorry Taylor" To Her Casket. I'm Not Even Gone Lie It Makes Me Tear Up. I Feel Totally Guilty. An Usher Comes And Escorts Her Out Into The Foyer. The Service Slowly Comes To An End And We Make Our Way Back To The Car. Unlike The Ride Over Hear Its Completely Silent.
The Car Comes To A Stop And The Driver Opens The Back Door. Allowing Each Of Us To Exit. The Grass Is Freshly Cut And There Is A Tent Set Up Over I Whole In The Ground. As The Casket Is Lowered Into The Ground The Directors Give Tiffany, Ms. Katie, Daniel And I Each A Pink Rose To Say Out Last Good Byes.
Ms. Katie: "Baby Girl I Miss You And I Am Very Proud Of You. Now I Want You To Always Look Down On Us. Okay ?" She Lightly Tosses The Rose Into The Deep Whole On Top Of The Casket.
Daniel: "I Miss You, Not Only Were You My Sister But You Was My Best Friend." His Voice Cracks And His Hand Shakes As He Holds The Rose "But Your In A Better Place And Just Because You Are Young Doesn't Mean That You Didn't Make An Impact On Peoples Lives." With One Deep Breath He Toss The Rose Into The Grave.
Tiffany: "Listen Tay, I Love You. I Miss You And I'll Never Forget You." She Smiled Down And Dropped The Rose.
Then It Was My Turn. The Words Were Caught In My Throat And As I Eyed The Casket My Eyes Began To Water.
"Tay I Miss You, Damarion Misses You. I Know That Your Looking Down At Us And You Wouldn't Want ANY Of Crying But.." I Inhale To Let Go Of The Words. "My First Love Was Taken Away From Me. And I Know That I Could Never Love Anyone The Way I Loved You."
With That I Let Go Of The Rose And Watch As The Perfect Pink Flower Lands Delicately On The Casket.
Everyone Starts To Head Back To The Cars And Pull Off To Go To The Church. I Really Didn't Feel Like Going So I Just Went Home And Left Damarion With Ms.Katie. Be For I Know My Sleep Has Completely Suffocated My Alertness.
