(My friend requested this one but feel free to leave requests in the comments, I'll try my best.)

Humans and monsters are at war again, and it's only been a few months since they left the underground. They were pretty easy to piss off, it just took a few nasty looks. Now everyone is either fighting the monsters, hiding from monsters, or dead. You're hiding, alone. You weren't always alone, you had your family with you once. They were killed a while ago when you were scavenging for food, in the very forest your in now. Even at the end your parents believed there could be some kind of peace, but as far as you were concerned they don't know kindness. "(Y/n)," You hear someone panting as they call, "(y/n) there you are!" It's Eclipse, one of your lookouts. You have eyes everywhere, it's not cheap but they're good at their job. "What is it?"you ask in a hushed tone, she quiets down. "There are some dogs in the area." Oh just great, royal guards you sigh, "Mmk." Eclipse holds out her hand expectantly. You dig in your (f/c) satchel and pull out a plastic bag with various different food and medicinal items in it. You hand it to Eclipse, she looks pleased. You turn to leave, "be careful out there, (y/n). I've seen more than just dogs." You nod and mumble something like a thanks. You hear Eclipse sigh and walk away, dry leaves crunching under her feet. You stand silent, listening to the sounds around you. A nice breeze flows past, and you can hear bird chirping in the distance. This is nice, you think soaking in the rare calmness of this world. It doesn't last long though, the dogs had been closer than you predicted. You took in one last breath and ran through the forest, careful not to make too much noise.

*time skip*

You had finally made it to your current hideout and begun packing up all the things you needed to set up the next one. There's been too much royal guard activity in the area lately to stay. You pack up your makeshift tent, which is just a dirty old blanket and a few long sticks, into a bag. You decide that one more night would do no harm and use the bag as a pillow. Laying on the forest for you get lost in thought, and soon you pass out. The last thing you remember before everything went black was the sound of leaves being crunched under soft foot fall, and a rough sigh.

Everything is black, where are you? "Please let's talk about this!" That voice, is that your mother? You try to reach out a hand but find that you're tied up. Suddenly you see a bright light, is that fire? Yes it is, you remember this dream. It's haunted your sleep for so long you can't seem to forget it. "Ha! Why would we talk with a stupid human like you?" "Ple-!" You hear your father cry out in pain, as he slowly burns to death next to you. Your mother starts sobbing and pleading, but you can hardly hear her over your father. The fire engulfing your father spreads through the grass and the rope binding your hands catches flame. The rope loosens around your hands and you pull your hands free. You stand up and run, pulling off your blindfold. The screams and sobs fading into the distance. You guess the monsters didn't notice you leave in all the commotion, and once the screams have died down you collapsed onto your knees. You let your body go limp and cry silently into your hands. Everything hurts.

You wake with a start. Breathing heavily you bolt upright. You've had that dream so many times and yet you still arn't used to it. You sigh and begin counting down from 10 in your head, taking a deep breath with each number. 10, 9, 8, 7, and so on. Once you have collected your thoughts you look around, fuck. This is not where you fell asleep.  You really hope that this is just some human camp and their just taking extra precautions, but that's doubtful. Humans don't have the means to make cells like this anymore, and they probably wouldn't waste a cell on a human. standing up you walk around, looking for an escape. you find all the walls are fully intact and the door is firmly locked. Also that the bars are closer than they appear and are reasonably difficult to squeeze through. you sit back down having given up all hope of escape, and your arms cross.

The door creeks open after a few moments and someone enters. you raise you head to see who, and the moment you see the skeletal figure your head and your spirits drop. A monster come to finish you off. You sigh realizing that you wont live to see tomorrow, and lift your head to greet your inevitable death. You both stand there looking at each other for a bit, you notice he has something, a greasy bag. you begin assuming the worst possibility's of what might be in it. Human limbs was high on the list of what I could be, although that wouldn't be greasy. You study the skeleton more. he's wearing a large black jacket with a fluffy hood, and a red sweeter underneath. Both articles of clothing are covered in what looks like mustard stains and small rips and tears. You notice his face has a slight red tint to it as you examine him. Is he sick or something? You hope so, and you hope that its fatal and he dies. He seems uncomfortable with your gaze and the tension in the room turns awkward. You Jump when he throws the bag at you, gaining a chuckle from him. You glare at him as you open the bag to find a burger and some fries in it, and you glare turns from him to the food. You think it's probably Poisoned, and you can feel the skeleton watching you. "Heh," you don't respond, "did it kill your parents or something?" Your confused, was that supposed to be a joke? You look up at him thinking of a remark. After some time pondering you go with the simplest one that a stupid monster may understand. "No," you pause, "but some monsters did." He seems to be at a loss, figures. You scoff pushing the food to the opposite end of the room, and look back to the monster. He's sweating, might be thinking of a remark but aperently cant. "Wow, ok well its not poisoned." He completely ignored your sratment, but what else was to be expected from a monster. "I don't care, you can keep your shity food." You're done with monsters. He shrugs "welp, I tried." He leaves you with that final remark as he leaves the building. Once he leaves you mock him by mimicking his final remark, with an exaggerated shrug and deep voice. You will admit though you are getting hungry, and the food in the bag is beginning to smell good.

(Sorry I meant to write more but it's late and I have to get some sleep.
