We arrived at school and got out of our cars. We walked into the admissions office to receive our schedules. We have 3rd and 7th period together.
So we went our 1st period classes. Once I walked to my 1st period class all eyes were on me. I gave the teacher my excuse note and sat down.
I sat down next to a pretty girl with purple glasses and straightend black hair.
"Hi im shivana. Whats your name?" She said smiling
"Umm hi.. i-im Claribel" I said kind of shy
"Welcome to Lyman High School. " she said
"Thanks" I said with a smile on my face.
After about 30min of class the bell rang. Then I head to my 2nd period class. After another 30min 2nd period was over. So I head to my 3rd period class.
When I got there I saw Anthony already at a desk. I walked towards him and sat in the desk right next to his. "Hey" i said in a good mood.
"Hey.. hows your day so far?" He asked
"Great. i made a friend." I said
"Yea me too. I have Austin for 1st period. Hes a really cool guy!" He said
"Thats nice" I said back.
I took out my phone and saw that i got a text from my mom.
It read
'Hey Bell,
Hows you and Anthonys first day of school?' -Mom
I texted back with..
'Hey mom,
yea we are good. We already made some friends see you later. XoBell
I looked up and saw Austin walking up to Anthony and sit next to him.
(Austins p.o.v)
I walked into my 3rd period class and saw Claribel sitting next to Anthony. I went to go sit next to Anthony because hes a pretty fun guy.
"Hey Anthony,Claribel" I said
"Hey" They both said
"Ok.. Good morning class. Today we have two new students. Brother and sister Claribel and Anthony Fernandez. Please make them feel welcomed. Claribel,Anthony I am Ms.Luis. I'm very glad to have you in my class. "
After class it was time for lunch i grabbed my bag and left the room. I waited by the door to talk to Claribel. Once i saw her walk out the door i caught up with her.
"Need some help?" I said in a kind way
"Umm sure"She said
"Where do you head to next?" I asked
"lunch" She said
"Perfect. Thats where im heading. You could sit with me." i said leading her the way to lunch.
Once we got there we picked a table. I didnt really grab lunch beacause i wasnt really hungry.
"Arent you gonna get some lunch?" I asked Claribel
"No not really. Im too nervous to eat" she said in a shy tone.
Then Anthony came along.
"Mind if I sit with you guys?" He asked
We shook our heads no. Then some other girl came. Gosh it was like i couldnt even be alone with her for 2min.
"Oh hey shivana!" Claribel said to the girl.
"Hey claribel!" Shivana said to claribel
"This is my brother Anthony and his friend Austin"
His friend?? I thought we were friends too. She waved hi to me and i waved back. Then she looked over at Anthony. They stared into each others eyes for a second. It kind of got awkward so i broke the silence.
"So ill see you guys later. Im gonna go head to my 4th pd class early. Nice meeting you shivana" I said as i took off
