Alpha Xander

Chapter Nine

I watched as Alpha kenn and my father's beta Robert slaughtered my pack members that Xander appointed for my safety just two minutes ago. I watched them with teary eyes as they laid there injured.

I didn't even notice Alpha Kenn was now standing near me. But when i did, i took a step back and glared at him.

"Come on babygirl, I came here to take you home. To our pack." He told me in his disgusting husky voice. Any other girl would've have started drooling by now but i'm disgusted by him.

"And why would i do that? Why would i leave my own pack for an asshole like you. Why would i leave my mate for you!" I replied him in cold voice with a blank expression on my face.

He looked at me as if he is thinking of different methods for killing me. He took a step towards me and whispered

"Because you my dear, are mine. My Luna. Either you except it, or face the consequences. Either way, you will be mine. Now lets go i can't wait any longer to mark and mate with you. Can't wait to have you lying under me."

I shivered in disgust and just as i was about to snap at him a growl echoed throughout the fields. I recognized it. Its him. Relief washed over me but that was untill Alpha Kenn grabbed me by my hairs and turned me so i was now facing my angry mate while Kenn held me by my neck now.

"Another step and she's dead!" Alpha Kenn roared. Xander stopped instantly and looked at me with fear in his eyes.

I could feel Alpha Kenn now smirking. "Well well... I thought it would be easy now if your little mate didn't disturb us. We should have just left and have childrens and grand children but seems like you want a little adventure. Now that your mate is here i know i wont be just going home alive so why not die together. I kill you, and he will kill me either way." He said and then chuckled.

"Or there is another way. That all of us stay alive!" He now whispered in my eyes so my mate won't be able to listen as he was far away from me.

He tightened his hold on me and Xander growled. "Leave her. I sure will show you mercy. But if something happen to her i will make sure you will die the most painful death."

I knew he would do it. I could feel Alpha kenn shivered a bit by my mate's word but i cant complain. Xander has this effect on everyone.

But this is not the right time now. I gave a small smile and his hard stare softened a bit but that was only until his stare went back to the monster behind me.

"Awww.... Such a weakness this mate shit is. I am now glad i rejected my mate the moment i saw her and she died from the rejection pain. Such a weak little thing she was."

I stiffen hearing his words. Have rejected his own mate the first time he met her!? How can someone be so cruel. I was now more than scared by him. I knew now that he can do anything if he can do that to his soul mate.

I had to do something or Xander would have to suffer the pain of losing me too. He has a pack to run. He can't be weak.

"What do you want me to do" i asked Alpha Kenn.

"Reject him" he lowly whispered in my ear again. I froze.

"What? No i can't. I won't he-"

"You don't have to worry about him. He is an Alpha. He won't feel that pain. I promise. I went through it too. Its the only way or he would die of the pain of his mates death." I told me.

I looked at Xander. He was watching me intensely. I sighed. I knew i had to do it for him. His pack. Our pack. A tear fell from my eyes as Alpha Kenn let me go from his hold.

"I Amelia Samuels reject Alph-" i started but was cut off by the familiar loud growl of my mate.

Just as i was about to continue i heard a snap from behind and saw Alpha Kenn laying on the ground, his head towards his side as he laid lifeless. I looked up to see William, One of Xander's best warrior standing there with a look of digust on his face as he stared at the body.

I turned to see Xander now standing few inches away from me. The look in his eyes was enough to tell me i'm in trouble. He watched me with hurt and anger. His eyes pitch black. He pulled me roughly towards him and i collided with his chest. He threw me on his shoulder and walked to our house.

"Clean the fields. Burn all the bodies except this piece of shit. Cut off his dick first and then send his body to his pack. We will go to his pack tomorrow to claim his land." He ordered william over his shoulder as he kept walking with me on his shoulder.

He threw me on the bed and started pacing around the room. He kept doing it for minutes then finally stopped and looked at me in the eye. My heart swelled and regret washed over me as i took him in.

"Why?" He whispered.

I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out.

He came near the bed and sat on the edge. His head hung low for a minute then he looked at me. He had tears streaming from his face.

"Was i not enough?" He said and it broke my heart even more.

"Wha- No n-" he cut me off.

"You know i did everything you want. If it wasn't enough you could've told me. If you wanted the world i would've given to you. Just tell me why. Damn i thought you were happy with me, thought i have everything now but i never realized it. I never even asked if u wanted me anymore after what i did. But i-"

"Shut up!" I yelled and he cried even more. I went towards me and took him in my arms. My own tears flowing.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry! I didn't do it because you weren't enough. Damn you're too good i think i am not enough for you. I did it because i couldn't let you suffer the pain of losing your mate. You could've died if not you would've been suffering. I couldn't let it happen you had a pack to run. Your people loves you so fucking much i can't take you away from them. I love you i couldn't do it i'm sorry." I said as i sobbed.

He stopped crying and looked at me.

"I don't give a shit about it. I just want you. You should know how much you mean to- wait. What did you say? He asked me with wide eyes.

I looked at him confused. "That i'm sorry?"

"No. After that."

"That your pack needs-"

"No! You said you love me!"

My eyes went wide with realization. "Oh that... That... I meant..."

"Fuck it" With that he crashed his lips on mine.
