"We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Signe Yolland."
Wait, Signe is dead?. What happened? Where am I?
I look around as the guy at the podium starts talking, and I realize that there are only three other people at this funeral. I know Signe didn't get along with her parents and she kinda pushed people away, but she had the whole team and everything. There is no way that only four people came to her funeral. Wait, what am I talking about? She's not dead I was just at her house, right? Yeah, right, this is just a bad dream or a hallucination.
"She may be dead in reality, but never dead in spirit."
She's not dead, but okay
"Now let's send her off to the sacred land of Mayhollae with the traditional lights of Cosmetia.
The sacred land of what? The traditional lights of who now?
"Before we finish off her sister Amaya has some things to say about her sister. Amaya?"
Everyone turns and looks at me and pushes me up to the podium and I'm shocked. I can't move and I can't speak, I'm in shock. Come on Amy say something!
"Amaya? Are you okay you look like you've seen a ghost?" said one of the mourners.
I finally get some words out; "Yeah i'm fine, just can't say enough about her" I find myself saying.
The funeral goes on for about another twenty minutes. The lights were beautiful, even though I don't know what they are. There was nothing odd about the funeral. Except for two things. One was that there was no coffin, or body, or Yearn, or anything. Another was that I didn't realize that Signe viewed me as a sister. I know it is a dream, but I affected me and hurt like it was real.
For the next few hours, I went around the city of Mayhollae and just visited my imagination because I knew that I'd wake up soon and forget this place, might as well enjoy it. However, After 9 hours, I became concerned. I never sleep this long I'm lucky if I get 6 hours, why am I still asleep? Am I in a coma, or some shit? Am I dead?
That's when I came to the realization that this wasn't a dream. This was my own personal hell. This was a reality.
