Marinette runs to school, "I'm late, I'm late!" As Marinette is running she doesn't notice that someone is in front of her. She bumps into...
Adrien.
"I- I'm so sorry!" Marinette runs away.
As Marinette enters the classroom, Ms. Bustier asked Marinette why she was late. Marinette tried to think of an excuse as per usual. Ms. Bustier just let it slide since she didn't want to waste her breathe on it and she didn't want to interrupt the lesson. As class went on, the bell finally rang.
"Oh! Don't forget students, at the end of the school year we will be having a dance and we are offering free dance lessons if you would like. Also, boys you get to pick a partner, and it has to be a girl." Ms. Bustier says.
"Did you hear that Marinette?! There's going to be a dance!" Alya says with excitement.
"I am really excited, but I doubt that anyone is going to ask me to the dance." Marinette says in a sad tone of voice.
"Don't say that Marinette, that's not true I'm sure if someone will ask you! Wait, what if Adrien asks you, I mean, you guys danced at that party Chloe threw. Also, didn't he say your dancing was great? Why on earth wouldn't he want to ask you to go to the dance with you?" Alya says with a questioning face.
Marinette blushes of the thought of her and Adrien going to the dance together.
"I don't know Alya, I mean there are so many girls who will probably want to go with Adrien." Marinette says with a sad look on her face.
"Marinette,it's the boys who have to ask the girls not the other way around. Besides, Adrien is not that dumb to ask Chloe to the dance. I'm positive thats he's going to ask you." Alya says with an assuring look on her face.
Time skip after school
Marinette and Alya said their goodbyes. As Marinette was about to cross the street, she heard her name being called.
"Marinette! Marinette."
Marinette turned around to see that her love of her life, Adrien was calling out her name.
"A-Adrien, h-hey!" Marinette stuttered.
"Hey Marinette! Thank goodness I caught up to you!" Adrien says while huffing and puffing.
"OMG! I'm so sorry A-Adrien." Marinette says with a worried voice.
"No, no. It's fine, anyways Marinette, I would like to ask you something." Adrien says.
"W-what is it?" Marinette asks.
"I would like to ask you if you wanted to come to the dance with me?" Adrien asked while rubbing his neck.
Marinette was screaming inside but as calmly she says.
"S-sure, I would like that a lot."
BEEP, BEEP!
"I got to go now, I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" Adrien waved to Marinette.
Marinette runs to the bakery, opened the trapdoor and played down on her bed.
"This is really great, Marinette. I ä̤m̤̈ really happy for you." Tikki says while coming out of Marinette's purse.
Marinette sighed, and she started to blush.
"Come on Tikki we got to see Chat
Noir." Marinette says.
"Tikki, Spots On!" Marinette shouts.
At Adrien's house
"Camembert, Camembert!" Plagg sings happily.
"Come on Plagg, we got to see my lady." Adrien says.
"Plagg, Claws Out!" Adrien shouts.
