I wake up early today, eager to see Brady. Last night, my Mother asked me where I went, and I simply told her that I explored the park. I also mentioned that I took a swim in the waterfall.
I want to keep my relationship with Brady a secret for a while. It gives me more opportunities to hang out with him.
I quickly eat some fruit, pack some things, (including lunch) and get dressed. I wear exercise clothes like I did last time; a blue lulu lemon top with grey straps and black lulu shorts, with a cool zipper in the back, for an iPod. I head towards the door when my I hear shuffling feet behind me.
"Well you're up early!" My mother says, still in her robe and slippers.
"Yea. I wanted to go down to the park again. It's beautiful. And I'm getting more exercise than I have in years. It's awesome."
"Awe! I'm so happy for you! I'm glad you're finally getting out of the house. Be back before dinner, okay sweetie?"
"Affirmative." I smile, and kiss her on the cheek.
~~~
I put my headphones in and jog around the park a few times, getting good exercise in before I reward myself with a swim.
I feel a tap on my shoulder as I jog, so I stop, pulling my headphones out.
Standing behind me is Peter.
"Peter?"
"Hey, hot stuff. So, would you call this our second date?" He smirks.
"We're not dating." This guy is seriously pushing it.
"But you wish we were, don't you?" He smirks.
"I have a boyfriend."
"So what?" He pulls me behind a tree, and before I can object, he presses his lips to mine.
So soft....
NO.
I shove him off me, and bolt along the path.
I can't date two boys.
But Peter is so....upfront. Sexy. Confident, but sort of cocky.
Brady is...Brady. Perfect. Beautiful. Sexy and sweet.
I go to see Brady anyway, ignoring what Peter and I had just done.
