Sadie stood with folded arms watching Chris on her laptop. He was trying to find Fisher's old reddit account.

"I'm telling you, I don't know what would've happened if I hadn't moved my hand," Chris shook his head as he searched Google.

"You would've gotten stabbed," Sadie rolled her eyes,"obviously."

"I know that. But, like, she definitely overreacted. So violent. I never expected that from her."

"It runs in her blood," Sadie glared at the bandage at the back of Chris' head.

"Violent?" Chris chuckled.

Sadie's phone buzzed on the table.

"I know that can't be a racist statement because I'm sitting right here."

Sadie picked up the phone and looked at it.

"So, I'm guessing you know her family or something..."

Charlie: He didn't do it.

Sadie stared at the text, squeezing her phone in rage.

"Do you?" Chris looked up at her. He furrowed his brows. "You okay-"

"I hate her."

"Poppy-"

"Who else would it be? She's going down."

"What did she do now?"

"None of your business," Sadie walked over to her door.

Chris watched her. "Going somewhere?"

"I'm going for a walk. Don't steal anything while I'm gone."

"Because I'm black?" Chris shook his head.

"No. Because you steal!" She slammed the door and walked down the hallway.

She made her way out of the house and started marching down the street.

After about a fifteen minute walk, Sadie marched up Charlotte's front steps.

She rang her door bell.

Charlotte's father answered the door. "Sadie," he looked down at her with arched brows. "How are-"

"Fine, Mr. Findley. Is Charlotte home?"

"She's in her room-"

"Thank you." Sadie pushed past him and stormed down the hallway until she met Charlotte's bedroom. She pushed the door open and walked inside.

Charlotte quickly sat up from her bed. "What the- Sadie? What are you doing here?"

"She lied," Sadie folded her arms and shouted.

"Who? What are you-"

"Mason didn't assault her. She's a liar-"

Charlotte flinched and quickly stood, putting her finger on her lip. "Shhh," she walked over to her door and shut it. "Liam's tutoring my brother right next door."

Sadie pouted.

"Did you talk to Mason?"

"No. Charlie did."

Charlotte snorted. "Sadie, they hate each other. Mason would never tell Charlie the truth."

"You don't know them. They look like they hate each other but I know they don't."

"Well, Mason lied to him. Because I know that he did assault Poppy."

"Prove it."

"...Are you serious? What do you mean prove it-"

"How do you know that he did what she says he did?"

"I was with her on Monday when he came to her apologizing for what he had done-"

"Did he say what he did?"

Charlotte froze scanning her memory. "He said he didn't know what came over him."

"How do you know he wasn't referring to something else? What if they just fought or something? He didn't say he assaulted her. She's lying to you."

Charlotte shook her head. "I believe her."

"Look, whether you do or not, it's either her side, or my side. Make a choice."

Charlotte frowned. She wanted to say Poppy, but she knew how it would affect Sadie.

"You have until tomorrow."

Sadie walked out of the room.

She walked back into her house to find Chris sitting at her computer with a bag of chips.

"Are you serious?" She put her hand on her hips and snarled at him.

He flinched and some of the chips fell on her bedroom floor. "Hey," he shrugged and smiled," at least I found the account."

Sadie's face lit up. She rushed over to him. "Get up."

"Geez," he stood," I did you the favor here."

She quickly sat down. Her eyes scanned the screen and a possessed smile spread across her face.

"Are you going to put it in one of your YouTube videos or-"

"No. I have a better use for this."

"Okay...And that is?"

"Chris," she looked at him," please leave?"

"I thought you said you would give me something as a reward for helping you out? You know like...Maybe a little somethin' somethin'."

Sadie glared at him. "You ate my chips. That's somethin' somethin'. Get out."

"Fine. But I'm never coming to your house again. Your dad almost murdered me when he saw me in here alone."

"Great."

Chris squinted at her then he walked out of the room.

Sadie smiled at her laptop. Looking at what she was about to read, she knew she had enough on Fisher to make him do whatever she wanted.  He had posted an entire rant entitled "I'm Not Good Enough For Girls At My School."
