bellamy was staring at clarke's peaceful face. she was fast asleep and he didn't want to bother her so he just lay there looking. this felt perfect. being intertwined in clarke's body was the best feeling. bellamy didnt want to let go of her. he wanted things to stay like this forever. he didn't want to deal with the fact that soon the sun would rise and he and the rest of the group would have to get to work. they were going to try and reach the bunker. bellamy's thoughts strayed when clarke shivered. he quickly took his jacket off and wrapped it around her. she woke up instantly and kissed bellamy. he was falling into a trance with every soft smooth motion of her lips on his. just as clarke moved her leg on top of his body pulling herself on to him there was a crack and they separated. clarke whipped around and jumped up, ready for defense. she realized it was only madi and relaxed. madis face was as red as a tomatoe. she obviously wasn't used to seeing clarke kiss anyone and it was weird for her. bellamy got off the ground and moved behind clarke pulling her body into his arms. "bellamy blake," madi said. "you better take good care of her." bellamy must've looked taken a back because madi said "clarke talked about you the most. she couldn't stop actually every night was a new story." "you told her about me?" he said looking at clarke. "you expected me not too?" she said. "of course i did bell, i thought you were gone." clarke was now facing bellamy. a tear fell down the side of her cheek. "hey," he said wiping away the tear. "it's okay. i'm here now you don't have to be afraid." bellamy pulled her into a hug and she squeezed him so hard he could barely breathe. once she let go, madi looked at bellamy thoughtfully. the look on her face said that she approved of bellamy and clarke's relationship. you two have fun she said turning around. once madi left clarke took bellamys hands saying, you know i love you right. of course he said. i love you too. hey he said what is it. clarke looked sad almost depressed. bell i want you to know something. before i met madi and took her in i was completely alone. i had no one. it was the worst feeling ever. knowing that wherever u go no one is there. some days it was so bad i tried to end it all. what do you mean he said. a look of fierceness in his eyes. i tried to take my life she said. and then i found eden and madi and everything was okay. bellamy pulled her into a hug. i never thought i'd see you again she said through the fabric of his shirt. hearing these words bellamy pulled her away and kissed her harder than ever. she pulled away looking into his eyes and she realized something. i want him she thought. i want this. i want all of it. she pushed herself into him and he fell into a tree. bellamy kissed her harder and harder repeating a proclamation in his mind: a kiss on her neck: i want you, a bite on the ear, i need you, a hard kiss on the lips, i love you. he repeated his proclamation over and over. she wanted him too and they both knew it.
