"Jay, get home now!" My mom yells through the phone. I was suppose to meet my step dad today.
"No, mother" I said hanging up the phone
"What she say?" My best friend Madison spoke taking a sip from her beer can.
"For me to come home and I forgot I'm suppose to meet my step dad today but fuck it, I'm already 18 for fucksakes. I need to make my own choices now" I laughed
"You got that right!" Niall said and laughed lighting up his cigarette
I roll my eyes "I know, plus I don't want to meet my step dad. Fuck him"
I bring the plastic cup to my lips and take a sip of vodka. Holy shit, it was so strong and burning my throat, I still wasn't used to drinking vodka. I started drinking when I was 16, I had a tough life back then so I just turned to alcohol which make things better. For me anyways, I smoked weed when I was 15 when I first met my best friend Madison. She was a stoner, I went to her place crying because I broke up with my ex boyfriend Ashton. She told me getting high would make me forget things and just be happy. Which was true, I started buying grams for myself to stop thinking about Ashton, which was working perfectly. Back to reality, the door bell snapped me out of my thoughts, I got off the couch to open the door who it was. It was my best friend Harry. He smiled and hugged me once I opened the door.
"Hey loser, you drunk yet?" He chuckled
"No, you asshole. Where's Amy?" I asked him
"Oh, she couldn't make it. She has cousins visiting them" he said.
"So, why didn't you go?"
"I didn't really thought about it" he said truthfully.
I nodded and walked over where Niall and Madison were. They were getting high, which they couldn't stop giggling and laughing. I smiled
"So, where is everyone?" Harry spoke sitting next to me taking a sip from his beer can.
"It's only 5pm Idiot, you came early" Niall laughed.
"Then, why is Jay here so early?" Harry asked.
"Because she didn't want to meet her new daddy." Madison spoked.
I flipped her off and told her to fuck off. She just laughed which caused me, Niall and Harry to laugh.
"Aw, Jay. You didn't tell me, you were meeting your step dad today" Harry said pretending to look hurt.
"Yeah, whatevs. I'm not meeting him because it's so fucking weird" I said truthfully.
He nodded, "oh, I forgot. I meant a guy today. He's really cool, I invited him to come tonight and meet new people. If that's okay with you niall?"
"Fine by me" Niall said looking all high and shit.
"What's his name?" Madison asked
"Oh, his name is Louis Tomlinson" Harry said.
"Louis?" Niall asked.
"Yeah, he's a really cool person and funny too" Harry said
My phone began to buzz letting me know I got a text. It was from Clarita letting me know that her and zayn will be over soon. I texted back with a "K" and put my phone back inside my sweater.
"So are Liam and Kayla coming by tonight?" Madison asked
"No, I don't think so. I think they have a date night tonight." Niall rolled his eyes and laughed.
"Shut up Niall, I think it's nice that they're going out instead partying" Madison playfully hit him on the shoulder and chuckled. Someone knocked on the door.
"Is anybody going to get that?" I asked taking a sip from my beer. Nobody answered, I rolled my eyes, got up and walked to the door. I didn't know who it was, it was the first time I saw this guy. I opened the door
"Uh, can I help you?" I asked
"Uh, is Harry here? He told me to come by" he said
"I'm sorry but who are you?" I chuckled, his eyes were blue and beautiful
"Oh, I'm sorry. It's Louis" he smiled, god his smile is beautiful.
