Dear Diary,

The cat's out the bag! Tyler knows that Caroline had sex with Klaus and is pissed at his ex-girlfriend. Honestly, I can't blame him. A part of me wants to hit Caroline for sleeping with Niklaus, but she's my friend and I should be there for her.

Elena has been acting like a major bitch. She broke up with Damon and he's been on a downward spiral and that worries me. Also, she seems to be getting closer to Stefan. Is she switching brothers again? I feel like my life is a freaking horror movie! Is there anything more disgusting than one of my best friends going for both of my brothers? I don't think so.

After writing on my journal, I decided to take a walk. I watched Matt and Elena talking on a bench and decided to listen. "Matty, you already know I'm not Elena so just help me fool everyone else."

Matt sighed. "Elena would never wear those boots with that dress." He rolled his eyes and my heart sank a little. Katherine took over Elena's body and was pretending to be her. But how?

I walked up to them and grabbed Katherine's arm. "I know your dirty little secret, Katherine."

She looked at me with a shocked expression. "What are you talking about?" She asked while staring into my brown eyes.

"I heard you talking to Matt. You and your daughter have been compelling my friend into helping you become Elena so you can fool everyone." My eyes were like little daggers. "That's why you pressured Caroline into confessing what she did while Tyler listened. You broke up with Damon because you love Stefan while Elena was deeply in love with Damon." I laughed sarcastically. "It all makes sense now! But your little charade ends now."

Katherine grabbed my wrist and then glared at me. "If you tell anyone, I will kill Jeremy again and this time, no one will be able to bring him back." She released the grip and I looked at her. I couldn't let Katherine carry on with her plan but I would never put Jeremy in danger.

I walked inside the Grill, desperately needing a drink, when I saw Nadia sitting on a booth and Tyler looking at her from the counter. I took a sit next to him and smiled at the bartender. "I'll have a gin and tonic, please." The bartender nodded and started to prepare my drink. "What's up Lockwood?"

"I'm pretty sure Nadia has been compelling Matt." He replied without leaving his eyes from Nadia. "All I need is to find out why."

The bartender handed me the drink I ordered and winked at me. "Are you sure you're not just trying to distract yourself from what you've heard at the party?" I raised an eyebrow before sipping on my drink.

Tyler sighed and then glanced at me. "I'm not mad at Caroline for having sex with another guy. I'm mad because she had sex with Klaus." He clenched his fists and then looked at Nadia. "He killed my mom, Mia. That's the worst thing he could have done!"

I nodded and then tilted his chin so he would face me. "Caroline feels terrible! She's been stress cleaning the entire dorm and she knows how much she has hurt you." I smiled slightly. "Could you just talk to her?"

"Not a chance!" Tyler shook his head in anger. "Right now I have to find a way to protect my friend."

I grabbed a napkin and wrote something down then handed it to him. You could sneak some vervain on him. Tyler nodded and then looked at Nadia. "Do you think it would work?"

Nadia looked straight at us and her expression gave everything away. She was listening to our conversation and now we had leverage. "I'm sure." I finished my drink and then stood up from the stool. "Talk to Caroline, please!" I kissed his cheek and then turned to the door, waving sarcastically at Nadia while she glared at me. It was so easy to get her attention! Apparently, she's not as smart as Katherine.

Caroline Forbes summoned me to her dorm and I had no other choice. As soon as I knocked on the door, Katherine opened it and smiled at me. "She's here!"

"Hey!" I glared at Katherine and then smiled at Caroline and Bonnie who were sitting on Elena's bed. "Why did you call me?" I asked while crossing my arms over my chest.

The blonde vampire smiled brightly and wiggled her eyebrows. "There's going to be a ball here at Whitmore and I really want you all to go with me. It will be fun, I promise!"

I raised an eyebrow and looked at Caroline. "Last time I willingly went to a Whitmore ball, Silas stabbed me and threatened my family." I sat next to the girls. "Pass!"

Caroline looked at me with those pleading blue eyes. "Please... It's a Bitter Ball and I really need my friends there to support me." She sighed. "Tyler hates me and I don't blame him. I screwed up by falling for Klaus' charm." She pouted.

Bonnie held Caroline's hand and smiled softly. "Tyler's just hurt. He needs time to process what happened between you and Klaus."

Katherine sat next to Caroline and pulled her into an embrace. "Bonnie's right! If you feel like this ball will help you then I'm down." I rolled my eyes as soon as she smiled at my friends. Lying bitch!

"I, for one, am not bitter about my relationship. Jeremy is the perfect boyfriend!" My eyes lit up at the thought of Jeremy Gilbert. "And Elena dumped my brother so I know she's not bitter." Katherine glared at me. "But I'll do anything to support you, Care."

Caroline smiled at me and then pulled all of us in for one big hug. "You are the best friends I could ever ask for. Thank you, girls!"

The ball could be the perfect opportunity to trick Katherine into confessing the truth in front of everyone. But she's smarter than me! Well, I just need to find a way to fool her like she's been doing to all of us.
