Love.
Does anyone have an accurate definition of this word?
If love is as perfect as everyone makes it out to be then why do we have trouble expressing it? Why do we struggle to admit our love for someone? The answer would be you are scared of how the other person may react. Should we jump and accept any fall that awaits us or should we hold back and miss out on what could be a blossoming relationship? It's love- use your imagination.
If you think of it this way, love is like a road. You can choose what direction it takes you in and dodge any obstacles that may stand in the way. Car crashes, on the other hand, still have the opportunity to break you. Whether you let them is entirely in your hands.
You should never rush love. If it is meant to be then it will be, all you need to do is give it time and soon enough it will come knocking on your door. You shouldn't feel the need to force love upon yourself with another. Forcing will only kill any spark you may already have or that you may be developing. Why wait? Because in the end, if the two people really love each other, it will be worth it.
Although love has advantages, it can be stupid at times. An example of this would be when you love someone without knowing that the feeling is mutual. Why hang around and wait for something that you both want when you could just grab it from right in front of you?
Once in a while right in the middle of an extraordinary life love gives us a fairytale. It may be with someone you least expect or maybe with someone you have had a building relationship with. Nobody can predict love just like nobody can control and hold back their feelings.
While growing up I came face to face to this quote many times-
"When a girl is in love, you can see it in her smile.
When a boy is in love, you can see it in his eyes"
I thought this quote was quite powerful as it describes how different genders fall in love and express it in different ways.
If you are reading this and thinking- why does this apply to me because I haven't found anyone yet (don't worry, I haven't either) just think that one day someone will come into your life and they won't care about your past because they will want to be part of your
future. They will walk into your life and you will suddenly realise why it didn't work out with anyone else. I imagine this feeling to be like fireworks inside of you when you see them. I am starting to receive this feeling with a guy I have recently met who doesn't even notice me. What am I doing about it? Nothing. That is my answer. Most girls wait for the guys to make the first move because it is common tradition- I myself believe in this also.
Love is giving someone your heart and trusting them not to break it. Love is just a word until someone comes along and gives you the meaning. The power of love has a degree of control over the kind of person you will become. Love can reshape the ability of feeling different emotions. It can leave scars or it can leave memories. Scars caused through love have the power to shred your trust and make you feel like you are not good enough. Memories are the more desired trait to be left behind by love. To experience loves pain and joys you have to risk yourself for a jump and accept the falls that you encounter. It's about risk taking and chasing dreams to get to where you want to be. To get to where you want to be you need to work and compromise to suit each other and make sure both people in the relationship are happy. If they are both not happy then you are working for something that is already dead. Think carefully about who you want to be with and make sure they want to same things. Don't jump into love because you feel under pressure to be in love and follow the crowd. Love is powerful and if you jump into it then the consequences will be fatal.

RomanceLove is a dangerous thing in which we are all willing to get caught up in. No two love stories are the same. That is one of the things I like about love- every relationship has a different story behind it.
