long time no see

It was july the 4th and also keya's birthday . Her family had already planned to have a bbq not for her birthday but because it was the 4th of july and they always invited family down but since it was still her birthday they decided to throw her a party in the mix. There was a Dj, the pool alone with the table that was half way full with gifts for keya. "Hey pumpkin can you run to the store and pick up a few items for gina. gina was keya's step mom, she always looked to gina as a mother figure since her real mom stephanie had passed 5 years ago.  She just nodded while taking the money from her dad and the grocery list. Keya's friend angel had just arrived. She ran over to keya as they both squealed. "biiiiittch its your birthday turn the fuck up". Keya laughed as she looked back to make sure nobody heard angel cursing. " what are you doing here i thought you was going out of town?" she asked angel as they walked back into the kitchen from the back patio. "I was but its your birthday and besides my parents where like so boring so i decided to let them have time alone so daddy flew me back out." She said squealing again. Keya just shook her head laughing to herself. "Anyway i gotta run to the store you tagging alone?". Keya asked as she made her way to and out the front door. "duh" angel stated as she followed behind her. As keya started up her car a  black 2018 audii pulled up behind her. "now i know they seen us tryna back up". She yelled as keya laughed shaking her head. They both just sat and watched threw the mirror as a 5'7 foot girl stepped out with her long cold black hair blowing from the wind she was dark skin and hella thick. Keya and angel both looked at each other with raised eyebrows, but then looked back to see who was driving a darkskin built guy steped out with his all white pearl 32 teeth showing his shirt hugged his pack and his pants snugged against him. "damnnnn okayeeee angel dragged out as she opened her side of the door. "im finna go ask him can he move ...i wonder what said of family is he from". Keya then turned her head to the side . "ohh gurl no thats my step brother jodecii her eyes widin at Angel she tilted her head to the side then leaned back as her mouth dropped open. "noo fucking way nuhuh jodecii don't look nothing like that last time i checked he was fat ass hell had glasses and braces with dreads. " She then shivered at the thought of it. "ok so what you not going do is sit up here and talk about my brother like he's not here." keya snapped . Angel then shrugged cracking a huge smile " Its not like he's your real brother anyway." Keya then shook her head as she got out with her keys and ran over to jodecii ..but he was just looking at her with a raised eyebrow she then hopped on him hugging him tightly as she chuckled. "omg meee miss you joddyyy". She winned as he looked over to his girl friend she just srunched up her face and of course angel saw it . "its her brother bitch don't do that". keya and jodecii neck both snapped in the same direction as if they knew what this would lead to.  She then jumped off him figuring that maybe that was a bit much to be greeting her so called (brother) after 5 and 1/2 years . He then looked back to keya with a poker face , she just looked up at him running her tongue across her retainer which made her look 5 times sexier. But all they could do was stare at each other. Angel then cleared her throat breaking the awarked moment. "ok soo umm hii jodecii remember me angel ima need you to move your car because your sister was trying to leave to go get your mom grocery for the cook out". "oh yeah no doubt". He shook his head as he turned back to his car, while angel grabbed keya's hand and walked her back to the car . They then got in and angel snapped her head towards keya. "gurl what type of hug was that ..and that lil girfriend of his going catch these fucking hand on me she is. Keya just sat there until angel slapped her arm. "ouch bitch wtf".  Angel scoffed. "uhhh back out what the hell is wrong with you both of yall acting weird asf.". angel said as she sat watching keya's face expressions. "ooooohhh i seee". she smirked he realizing how fine lil sis is now gurl the glow up is to real for both of yall". She joked as keya backed out. "okk heffa don't do me i've always looked good hoe". They both busted out laughing together as they road towards savealots bump . (tink:upgrade)

30 Minutes later.

keya and angel both walked through the front door with a arm full of grocery. Jodecii and his girlfriend where sitting on the couch talking with keya's daddy and gina. Jodecii then chuckled to hiself  as he got up and made his way over to keya. "let me help you with that kaybug. " Keya then smiled showing those pretty pearl whites as her cheeks flushed red. "ohh so now you can speak huh?" she asked placing her hands on her hips. "uhhh hello i need help to". angel snapped as jodecii made his way to the kitchen. "sorry i can't help you bambii". My mouth then dropped at the insult that my brother just made . Him and angel use to always call each other names. Like bambii the deer and king kong sometimes i felt that they liked each other well atleast it was 1 sided . Jodecii liked angel but angel didn't like jodecii until now with her uptight ass". I then blew out a long breathe taking some of the bags from angel as she started going off. I shook my head and followed them into the kitchen as everyone just laughed including jodecii's girlfriend. she then grabbed angel's hand and walked away towards her room. "heyy you should come join us". she looked back toward jodecii girlfriend, as angel bumped her. "umm what are you doing bitch no!!". keya then smacked her arm as she got up and walked over. "whats your name"? keya asked ." jessica". She said bluntly . Keya just noded and they made their way to her room. Keya then opened her mini frig grabbing a peach soda for all 3 of them and chips from her snack rack. " so how long you and my brother been together?" Keya asked as she sat on her bed stuffing her face with cheeto puffs. "umm well today makes 6 months; He's really a great guy and he's handsome and just umhm in beeed gurlll". she giggled as angel yelled. "uhhhh ewww we don't need allll daaaaat infoooooo". keya and jessica then busted out laughing as angel srunched up her face. After wards they watched love&hip-hop and scrolled on social media. within a  few minutes jodecii came knocking upon the door as keya got up to answer it. " its time to eat yall...she then noded as angel head snapped over towards the door. "shii you ain't gotta tell me twice ". she said hoping up from the bed pushing past jodecii we then both giggled as jessica walked up between us. "It was nice meeting you keya ...your so sweet and pretty". She smiled as they exchanged hugs. " ohh ima get your number before you leave maybe we cam hang some time". keya said walking outside her door closing it. " sure no doubt". She then walked off downstairs leaving keya and jodecii to stand in the hallway. " keya then scrunched up her nose wiggiling it as jodecii laughed . "you always did have a thang for your nose wiggles kaybug". She then laughed folding her arms around her chest. " Well kaybug is a fully grown women now so you can just call me keya". She bit her lip walking off as jodecii smirked nodding his head . "mmmh ok then keya". He then followed behind her as they both went outside joining the others to eat, They had roteldip, bbq, potato salad ,ranch potatoes with cheese , seafood pasta and fish alone with the other goods. Keya then fixed her plate and walked over to sit in one of the lounge chairs infront of the pool...As she stuffed her face with seafood pasta and a bbq sausage jodecii walked over and took a seat next to her. " so wassup sis how you been?" He asked licking bbq sauce from his fingers. " I been good you know finished high school ,I had a job but then i quit because daddy didn't want me working anymore he wants me to be his little girl forever you know he going tell me that my job was to far and he didn't want me driving all the way down town". Jodecii then snickered taking a bite of his rib. " jody thats not funny thats stupid as hell and then i told gina about it and she said that she would talk to him about it and then he got mad at me for asking her after he told me no like damnn im 19 now fully grown. " He then noded ." well babe girl you are still living under their roof and besides your not grown until you 21 and out the house paying your own bills". Keya slowly turned her head from her plate. " ok well fine then i"ll move out get me an apartment on broadway street. She then got up as jodecii looked up. " wait keya think about this are you sure thats what you wanna do like....". She then looked back cutting him off. " Its done". she spoke bluntly shrugging her shoulders. Jodecii knew that his sister was a daddy's girl and that if she left he would have probably bribed her to come back and she would be back in no time . But what he didn't know is that keya wasn't that little girl he seen years ago
