History:
Hisuiharu started her journey younger than most trainers, mostly because her parents had died when she was so young, so she spent a good portion of her life living with Oak, who'd taken her in when she was three. He took care of her and when he saw how well she did with Pokémon, he started her on her own journey at almost five years old. He'd taken care to make sure she was well prepared and he realized she was possible the smartest trainer he'd helped.

She cared for the little Bulbasaur, she'd picked and so from that batch of starters he kept the Charmander and Squirtle, for future purposes. Something in her, told him that in the future things would be amazing. So with her Bulbasaur and 10 pokéballs and money to buy what she'd need she set off. She burned through the first few routes, getting her Bulbasaur as strong as possible before coming up on that first gym.

The Pewter Gym leader was a man named Flint, he'd had a Geodude and a Onix, her Ivysaur at the time had been trained to be at least a level 20 when she went in with him. His two trainers that are there before the actual leader has two Geodude and one has a Geodude and Kabuto. But they were easy for her to beat. She'd seen a woman in the stands with two boys beside her, they looked surprised and amazed.

A young one possible a few years older than her and the youngest being her age if not a year or two younger. She remembered him having goo-goo eyes and a flushed face, but thought it was weird and left after winning. The following Gyms were a joke to Hisuiharu, not even the famed leader of Team Rocket was anything worth her time. Her defeating him sent his reputation nearly into the ground.

She'd had a hand in helping free the man made Pokémon named Mewtwo. After beating the Elite Four she spent 7 years holding her spot as the Kanto champion, when Isamu and Gary showed up, she'd gone up against Gary, he'd come close to winning but she'd still won, but it had become tedious and said he could have the Champion spot as he had show her that he wanted it bad enough.

She'd left before Isamu had arrived and didn't know he'd won against Gary till many month later but at that point she'd moved on and was working her way through the Johto Region. This happened where ever she went. She'd work her way through the region beat it's gyms and it's top trainers in the Leagues, as well as dethrone it's current Champions. She did this for years till she was called on by Oak and told about the Galar Region.

Appearance:
Hisuiharu is a tall young woman with shoulder length white/silver hair and ice blue eyes, she's mostly dressed in black and it's always very form fitting, she also wears dark circle sunglasses to hide her eyes. She uses a lot of different Pokémon but prefers Grass types. She's always got her Venusaur and Leafeon with her.

She is very tall and often mistaken for an older age because of it, she has tattoos all over her back and over her shoulders which come down her arms and across her chest, her legs also have tattoos as well, from hips to ankles and a little bit on the tops of her feet. As well as a bit up on her neck.

Personality:
Hisuiharu is seen as confident and a powerful trainer, which is what helped her start her life as a trainer early. But she's bothered by the fact that she's not very sociable and can't make proper friends without somehow reverting to her persona as a confident Champion. She's never been in a relationship and the closest thing to a father was Professor Oak. She's scary intimidating when she's mad.
