“Sorry I got lost and Lexi was showing me around campus” Isabel got up to kiss Ryan in the cheek. My eyes went directly to her left hand and saw a big diamond ring on her finger.

 

 This is her?! The girl Ryan left me for. I feel like my heart stopped beating from the shock, I never thought I would meet her like this. Let alone become friends with her already. 

 

“Lexi?” Ryan looked really surprised. I guess he never even noticed I was here like I thought.

Oh god what do I do. I can’t believe I’m in this situation right now I knew I would have to meet her or see them together sooner or later but I was hoping later, I didn’t think sooner was going to be right now.

“You guys know each other, I thought you said you didn’t come to college Ryan” she said really confused.

He didn’t even tell her about me! Is he kidding me, I was with him for 4 years I was part of his life, he can’t just act like it never happened.  

I understand we’re not together anymore and I’m getting over it. But you can’t just pretend I don't exist. 

“Umm her parents are from the pack” is he kidding me he’s still not going to tell her.

“Oh yeah of course I forgot that your pack has humans to” she said smiling. Is she still going to smile when I tell her about us, I mean she will have to find out sooner or later.

“I was also his girlfriend for 4 years and he left me for you” I said with a fake smile.

Oh did that feel good! I know I shouldn’t have told her like this since she didn’t even and it's not my place to tell her, but I’m sure Ryan would'nt of told her. I needed this though I needed control, this whole time Ryan has made all the decisions of what we had and now I finally had a chance to have control over something.

“What?” Isabel’s face paled a bit and her smile died down to a frown.

Ryan wrapped his arm around her waist bringing her closer to him. “Listen babe it’s true we were together before we got married but like I said before not anymore. Since we’ve mated and now that you have my mark on you, you’re the only one I care for. I love you Isabel” he said in panic like he was scared she would leave him.

Ughhh. Why!!!!! This is supposed to make me feel better but I just feel worse now. He’s scared she’ll leave him, I obviously don’t mean nothing anything to him anymore. I feel like crying now from just seeing him say he loves her, he use to tell me he loved me but not the same way he’s telling her, he sounds sincere when he tells her.

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t of told you like this Isabel it wasn’t my place. I also didn’t know who you were when I bumped into you.” I told her after seeing her about to shed a tear. I was mad and I shouldn’t have acted with my emotions.

“I have no more feelings towards you’re mate Isabel, don’t worry I won’t talk to him either. I don’t see him the same anymore.” I said while getting my things ready to leave. I took a step forward and Ryan brought her closer to him as if I’m going to something to her.

She has alphas blood in her and she’s his mate for Christ sakes! If anything I should be scared of her trying to do something to me. When I bumped into her I thought I hit wall and that was just her just walking into me imagine if she actually tries to do something to me!
