Mia's POV

I slowly walked closer to the light. As I got closer something moved nearby. I got a little heart attack but then I saw it was just a bunny. ,, Oh lil buddy you scared me to death! But what kind of bunny are you I've never seen something like you before." I tried to pet the lil bunny but as I leaned closer I felt a big pain coming from my back. I looked at it a saw I was bleeding. Suddenly I felt dizzy. I almost fall but in the last minute I grabed the wall of the cave. ,, I-I need to g-get help, and fast." It was getting worse with each step
but I kept going. I reached a small glade. There was a lot of colorfull flowers there. Then I heard footsteps. I hid behind a bush of some kind of berries. I won't risk eating them they may be poisonous. ,, Ella are you sure you saw that girl here ?
I can't see anyone." Said a woman's voice. ,, Yes mom!
I saw her here when I was playing with Emily. She came from the cave's direction and looked very injured!" Ok now I know they're talking about me. But I don't want to come out what if they kill me ?! I don't even know where I am ?! A loud noise snapped me out of my thoughts. ,, MOM!!! Come here!!" A lil boys voice yelled . ,, I'm comming darling !!" Said the woman.,, Mom but what will be with that girl ??!! "  ,, Sweetie, I know but you may just saw an animal or something , but when you see her again tell me." ,, Ok mom." When the voices were gone I slowly looked around. Now I need to go  and find something to eat. I slowly got up when I suddenly felt dizzy again and fell back on the ground. ,, Owww! What's happening with me!!" I didn't realized that I was literally yelling. Then I heard footsteps. But before I saw who it is I passed out laying
on the ground.

I woked up and saw a kid staring at me. I blinked slowly.,, Mooooom!!! She's awake!!!" The lil kid yelled.
I slowly started to got up when I suddenly got pushed back.,, Lay back.You need some rest." said the woman. ,,*cough* W-Where am I and who * cough* are you??" I said with a weak voice. ,, My name's Zara and this is my daughter Ella. You're in our house. But can you tell me who're you? You don't seem to be from here." Zara said slowly cause I was still a bit dizzy.,, My name's Mia. And I fell in a well in a nearby forest and almost drowned in the river in it. Then I woked up in that cave or something. I tried to find my friend , her name's Zoe but I didn't found her. Then I found a way out of that cave and passed out." I said with a shaky voice.,, Oh dear , so you came from the surface world through the portal." Wait, what? A portal?   ,,What? Mrs. Zara I don't know about any portal.And what did you mean " from the surface world"?" Oh god please no. How could things go this wrong? Huh, well when I'll feel a bit better I try to find Zoe. I don't want to lose her. She's my only friend.

Zoe's POV

,,Shit no wait what're you doing!!!!??" I yelled at the man who was trying to covered my mouth with a cloth soaked in chloroform.

Flashback

I woked up laying on the riverside.,, Oww my head!"
I looked around and saw some stalictites and the river. ,, Wow, but where am I?" Then the memories came back. The last what I remember was that I was drowning with Mia. By the way WHERE'S MIA!!!! I started to got up but fell right back and felt a horrible pain in my back and leg . I looked at my leg and saw that my knee is bleeding. I slowly looked at my back. Holy shit. I had a tattoo in a form of angel wings!!! I always wanted a tattoo but HOW THE FUCK DID THAT GET THERE!!!??? The tattoo was weird itself cause it looked like it was ...... etched
in my back. It looked terrible. It was bleeding and hurted like hell. Then I saw that my T-shirt almost fell of me. It's half was missing. I looked around to find something to cover myself with. I saw nothing. So I slowly got up and was holding my T-shirt because as I said it's half was almost missing. I walked slowly but didn't give up. As I walked I saw my hoodie on the riverside nearby. I slowly walked closer to it and used it as a bandage for my back and it also holds my T-shirt so no problem. I walked along till I reached a small pond. I looked around cause I don't really want to cross the ice cold water, but it looks like I have no chance. I took a step forward . The water was cold as fuck. O slowly managed to go across.
Finally. I stepped out of the water when I heard talking.
It was getting closer so I hid behing a huge rock and listened.,, That's absurd the portal was closed a very long time ago. And now, somebody just came across?"
Said a mans voice.,, I know but maybe it's true."Said an another mans voice. But what portal? I'm not on the Earth?
Did I travelled to Narnia or something? Ha never that's strange. Or? ,,Ok let's just check this area and go back to Christian's base.Ok?" What base? My father was a mafia gang leader but he died when I was very young and he didn't told me anything.But enough of my past, it's past now I need to get out.I slowly peeked out. The men was gone so I went straight in the direction in what they came. I went along untill I heard footsteps. I looked back and saw the two men. When they saw me one of 'em shouted:
,,Stop! And we won't hurt you!!" I almost collapsed from the shock. Then I took a step backwards. Then another, till I was hobbling forward at medium speed.I heard them running after me but I had a head start. I hobbled untill I saw light I was only one step from freedom when one of the men pulled me back.

Flashback end

I tried to escape his grip but I was too weak . My eyes started to close. Then everything went black.

Mia's POV

Zara was now rebandaging my back because it's soaked in blood. I found out that Zara is from the surface world too. Her real name is Erica and she's not from America but from Australia. And she told me that she met her husband when she was on a visit here. They fell in love and got married . After the marriage her husband took her to the Land of Iris.
A.K.A to this place. Earlier she told me that here everyone looks like a human but no......they're something close to angels.They've got wings hidden in tattoos on their back.,,So, what's with my back? It still hurts like hell!" I whisper-yelled. Zara gasped.,, Z-Zara is something wrong??"I shuttered. Zara took a deep breath.,,Mia. The scars on your back are looking like wings!"I felt like I'm going to collapse. What? Wings? It can't be. I'm a fucking human from the surface! Not an angel thing.
I fell on the floor and passed out. The last thing what I've heard was Zara shouting my name.
