Well it's a wrestling move used in both pro and amateur wrestling but for this I'm going to be focusing on the pro wrestling version which is where you throw a person over you head. oh and also I guess a suplex is also a sex position in Germany but let's not talk about that one either. So a suplex is usually set up with by a quick strike to the mid section like a kick this makes it look more natural and flow better. Then you can pull off a variety of holds to start off the suplex like a pumphandle or front face lock. Then you signal to whoever your doing the move to that your going to throw them so they can help you lift them up (remember pro wrestling is not an actual contest it's just entertainment) and to make sure they are prepared for the move so ya know they don't snap your neck or there own. So that's how it's done and again there are multiple variations like a German or back suplex where you go behind the person and grab there waist or put there arm over your head and throw.
