I. The Rules
Before you proceed to the form, it is mandatory that read the rules below, otherwise I will ignore your order and ask you to read again if you forget to include something that I ask when filling the form out. I'm not trying to impose strict rules, I just want you to read them and follow them, that's all. Thank you for the time.
1. You must fill out a form if you want a book cover
It's very simple and easy. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes and it would greatly help me.
2. Please do not rush me.
I will never take more than 2-3 weeks most to finish it. I usually finish them quickly on the weekends or holidays but it depends when your order is submitted. Once school starts in the fall, the orders might take longer or be put on hiatus. Sorry, that's just how it works. If you want good quality covers, you must be patient. It can usually finish them in a day or so but like I said, it depends.
3. I'm not a professional, I can make mistakes.
If you are dissatisfied with how your cover came out, I may be able to redo it. However, it depends on certain conditions. If you've been following the rules and have been patient, then I will try my best to redo the cover ASAP. If you haven't been following the rules and say, you were impatient and rude, then no, chances are you won't get a cover because you were rude. If you have read the rules, when this question is asked on the form, who is my favorite avenger? the answer to that is iron man.
4. Put all requests in the comments.
I ask that you don't inbox the requests unless it is a question about the form or if you want me to look it over.
5. Credit is required, this is your form of payment.
Somewhere before your story starts I want a regconition as to who made the cover. It helps my shop and also it gives credit to me. All you have to do is say something along the lines of Captain_Tammy made the book cover. Simple & easy. I will check every so often to see if it is there. It's not hard to do, and if you delete it thinking I won't know, well, then next time you want a cover from anyone, it's going to be very hard...
