#imagine You are about to go on your first date with Luke, and you are very nervous. He hadn't told you where he is taking you, he said he wanted it to be a complete suprise. He was coming to pick you up at 8:00, it was 7:15. You quickly take a shower and go through your closet looking for a cute yet casual oufit, not wanting to overdo it, since you had no idea where you were going. You pull out your favorite pair of white skinny jeans, and your red sweater that you had gotten for your birthday. You look at yourself in the mirror, and smile. You look at the clock to see that it is only 7:40, so you go into the kitchen and grab yourself a small snack, you were starving, and had no idea if where you were going had food.
You slip on your pair of black boots, and put on bracelets and a necklace that you had just bought. You hear a knock on the door, it is exactly 8:00. You open the door, and see that its Luke. He is wearing a pair of black skinny jeans, and a collared shirt, with his favorite pair of Vans.
"Ready?" Luke says with a smile spread across his face.
"Yes! Lets go!"
You both walk out the door, and to his car. During the drive, you constantly ask Luke where he is taking you. All he does is smile in return. Annoyed you look out your window trying to make out where you are. It is dark outside and you have no idea where you are. Luke stops the car, and hurries to get out so he can open your door for you. He tells you to close your eyes, and he takes your hand to guide the way.
"Luke, where are we?!"
"You'll see, just keep walking! Trust me!"
You become confused once you walk onto a softer ground, still clueless as to where he is taking you.
"Okay, open your eyes!"
You open your eyes, and look in awe. You see a blanket laid out across the beachy sand, with a basket ontop, and candles lit around the blanket. You look at Luke with a smile.
"This....this is absolutley amazing Luke! Its goregous!"
"Come and sit" Luke says motioning you over next to him.
He pulls food out of the basket and you two begin to eat and talk. You can't help but smile at Luke the whole time. You couldn't believe he did this for you.
"Taina?" You hear in the distance. You turn around to see your ex-boyfriend, Seth.
"Seth? What, what are you doing here?! I told you not to talk to me anymore! What do you-" You were cut off by your tears, starting to fall from your eyes. You get up off the blanket, and run under a dock, crying uncontrollably.
"Taina?? TAINA?! WHERE ARE YOU? TAI-there you are! Are you okay? What happened? Who is he?"
"Luke, I'm so sorry, I....I...I just can't be near him. He's my ex, we....we had the WORST breakup, and....I..I can't....." More tears come rushing down your cheeks.
"It's okay, you don't have to talk, I'm here now, he isn't. What an idiot, leaving a girl as great as you."
Luke lifts your head up, so you are now making eye contact. You feel his lips against yours, giving you a passionate kiss under the sunset.
